I can’t say enough great things about Crystal Carpet Care! My daughter recently moved out of her apartment, which is over two and a half hours from our home, and her lease required that the carpet in her bedroom be professionally cleaned within seven days of moving out. Unfortunately, I completely forgot to schedule and pay for the cleaning until I received a reminder from the apartment complex that we would be charged an additional $200 if it wasn’t completed in time.

I contacted Crystal Carpet Care, explained my situation, and they immediately stepped in to help. They understood the urgency and scheduled the cleaning right away. Within a day, the carpet was professionally cleaned, and they truly saved us from unnecessary stress and additional charges.

Their customer service was exceptional, they were kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend Crystal Carpet Care to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and compassionate service.
