Constraction reviews in Adrian, Michigan

Kevin and his team installed a new driveway and concrete in my barn last month. He was very professional, has the right equipment and provided guidance to ensure everything turned out right. Above all he is honest and sincere. I would recommend VanErt and will definitely call him for my next project.

Our condo association just had our asphalt patching done and cement work taken care of. Kevin and his crew did an amazing job, above and beyond. Trucks were clean, they cleaned up afterwards to perfection. Kept us informed what was happening each day and even had a few surprises done. Gave us an estimate in the spring and told us when they could get the job done and came when expected. We are already planning on them coming next spring to do more of the same kind of work. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were absolutely thrilled and impressed by this company's professionalism and expertise.
Kevin creates a customer friendly relationship that quickly turns into a partnership.
We highly recommend VanErt's for any outdoor project and we could not be happier with his help and guidance with our new driveway and garage set up.
Thank you Kevin and Crew
You are the best.

This is the 2nd time we've had Kevin and his crew do work at our house, and once again they did an absolutely incredible job. They always show up on time, finished in one day when said it could be 2 days. VanErt's is always professional and does amazing work. We would 100% use them every time we need work done and highly recommend them!

I contacted VanErt's in mid August 2024 for a patio/deck project. The response was fantastic. I had a project review appt scheduled almost immediately. Within about 2 weeks the crew was on the job. They were efficient, organized, skilled and timely. This project took just under 3 weeks to complete and we are extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and final results. I plan on having additional project work completed by this team. Great job

Kevin and crew did a great job with a couple of projects for me. Fixed my garage floor and foundation and built me an awesome carport and slab for my RV. Started and finished the projects before the anticipated dates. Would 100% recommend.

I can’t even begin to say what an absolutely amazing job they did for us!!
We had a foundation problem, we needed it fixed immediately and they came full force fixing it!! We also decided to have an Egress window put in down in our basement.. holy cow people, you would NOT believe the outstanding service these guys provided for us!! If you’re considering having this done, these are the people to do it!!! Professional, customer service, respectful and extremely considerate, this is what a business should be!! Hands down they are the best!!! Thank you all so much !!
We also are having them do some more work for us!!

So, so excited to have my new Patio that I love, and was done with Care, Perfection, and great Staff members to work with. The options they offer and service they provide are many with Landscaping, and even Foundation repairs - Awesome work. I enjoy the beautiful work did they did everyday.

We have had two projects at our house : we had an old splintery 40x10 low level wood that VanErts turned into a raised 16x10 deck and 24x10 stamped patio. The work was no less than exceptional. Super nice group of guys the whole time they were here. Two years after that, we asked for a simple 10x10 concrete pad. With Kevin’s vision we surrounded it with river rock and tucked it into the corner of the backyard and it blends right in and looks phenomenal. The customer service is immaculate from the people that came out to do the work including Kevin all the way to the finance side and scheduling with Michelle; we are so grateful for the kindness and professionalism of VanErts.

Big shout out to VanErt's LLC for the demolition job they completed at my home. We had an old garage on our property that was beyond repair and falling down. Kevin and his crew came and had the garage as well as several trees taken down and hauled away in a little over 1 day. I am so grateful for their professionalism in finishing the job and assuring everything was cleaned up before they left. I will hire them again for some landscaping in the spring. Thank you VanErt's!

I would definitely recommend Kevin at Vanert’s and his team. Kevin came out himself to give me an estimate and his opinions on landscaping ideas. They started our job ahead of schedule. The team was professional and organized, and did an exceptional job on clean up and installing our landscaping. I feel his prices were very reasonable, and I will definitely use and recommend Vanert’s in the future. Here are some before and after photos.

Kevin and his team did an excellent job on a few projects of our house. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to figure out exactly what we needed/wanted. We booked for November but got lucky and got our work done early in September. They were fast, mindful, and thorough. They repaired any grass that was messed up with equipment and hauled away any debris. We will definitely use VanErts for any future projects.

Everything you would expect, kept us informed, quality workmanship, personable!

Timely did a great job.

Great work, showed up on time, fair price for the job. Thanks Gordon!

Gordy is the best. Definitely recommend him for any of your needs!

Gordon did everything he said he was going to do and more...100% satisfied.

Gordon is very knowledgeable and shows when he says. Did a wonderful job helping repair a rotting garage.

Gordon helped me by resetting a new toilet that had been installed by someone else with plastic parts. A part broke and the toilet rocked. He came over on a Saturday, diagnosed the problem, and using a metal replacement part, stopped the toilet rocking. He arrived promptly, was very courteous, and charged a fair price. Thank you very much, Gordon!

Very professional. He did just what I needed him to do. He showed up on time and worked clean. We will call him again for our next project.

Gordon is a very honest and great contractor. He went above and beyond on my project. My deck had sunk several inches on the support post, replaced some storm doors, and replaced rotten boards on my deck. I was very happy with how the project turned out and his straight forward honesty. Was very easy to work with and the price is exactly what he told me, no hidden fees. I would definitely recommend using him for your job, as I will in the future for any of my needs. Thank gordon!!
