Our business lost the third phase of power and AEG responded quickly and had a generator on site and hooked us up to be able to run our large walk in coolers and walk in freezer during a power outage in our area. I purchased a Champion generator from them, it stopped working and needed service, and they promised to come over in mid December 2022, but never showed up and never called. I needed a working generator for medical reasons. Obviously not a reliable company.

We are full time RVers and our champion generator stopped working due to a failed stepper motor that controls our throttle. Asurion warrenty was difficult to work with and ended up not servicing out generator and would not recommend their warrenty service. I luckily had the manual with part numbers on it that I needed so I called around to see who can order me a replacement part. I found Adrian Electric & Generator Co from the Champion Website as official servicer. I called them and they were able to order us a replacement that we needed to get our generator up and running. They where very accommodating and worked with us on our schedule as we travel in Michigan to pick it up. They have been very friendly and would recommend their services to anybody with generator issues. We were able to continue our adventure and keeping our power going, and, stay warm as we hit winter like temperatures.

Rather expensive for simple service that took less than 30 minutes. the billing service was more of a surprise at a later date setup. Update: After a discussion with Chad, I can understand from a business stand point his commitment to ensure that customers are satisfied and that their prices/billing practice is common practice. For AE&G to reach out to their customers for feedback where many business' don't, says a lot about their integrity as a company and improves customer relations.

They are understandably busy. I had an issue with my electric stove. It would pop the breaker if the oven was on and top burners were also on. I had installed the outlet when I got the new stove. They replaced my work with the correct outlet and the problem was solved. We feel safe thanks to their expertise.

I was very pleased with my first transaction of business with AEG. During a little over 6 week waiting period for the work to be done (that good you gotta wait for it!), Chad and his crew maintained communication and professionalism which left no worries that the task would get done. A few days before I was on the docket, the team worked with my schedule, and arrived promptly in the morning that was good for our family.

Before installing the Conduit box, the fellow gave us a few options on how it could be done, and when asked if it was possible, kindly replied, "He is here to do the job, and get it done today." The installation was done excellently, and the fellow out was kind and courteous to my wife and I.

I will be looking into using AEG again this summer for another project, without hesitation.

AEG has performed the annual scheduled maintenance on my home electric generator for the third time. Consistent with years past their service was on time and very professionally performed. The technicians are very knowledgeable and answer all my questions thoroughly. They keep my generator in top condition, and I am highly confident that I can depend on it when I need it in the event of a power failure. They communicate well and scheduling is performed quickly. To top it off, their fees are reasonable. What more can I say, my family feels secure with AEG looking after our electricity supply. and I highly recommend AEG.

One of the best contractor experiences I've ever had in Adrian. Would recommend these folks to anyone interested in genorator installation. In my opinion the fact that they install Kohler products speaks for itself.
