Beautiful results achieved after we hired Cilley Cleans for our move in deep clean! We purchased a home in the country that had many hard water stains and they cleaned the spots so well, they look brand new! From kitchen cabinets, floors, windows, bathroom appliances, light fixtures, and so much more, everything was shiny and super clean when they finished! So very thankful for all their hard work to prepare us for move in day!

Bianca and her team are the best. I cannot express how much I appreciate their service and the attention to detail. After a hectic workday it’s always a wonderful feeling to come home to a clean home.

Set an appointment up for a walk-through and it was canceled one hour before she was supposed to be there, so I sent her pictures of our home at her request, as it was have her come through my home without me present or send her pictures. She then sent me an estimate via email and we set up a date for a deep clean. When it was time for the deep clean things were cleaned good however one of them left for an appointment during the day and everything that was discussed during our conversation was not cleaned. We paid for the entire cleaning ($300 cash plus a $200 gift certificate that we won through our daughters school raffle) and then when we asked when they would be back to finish the rest of the job, more money was requested, and we were told it would cost the price of another deep clean. Told her that we were under the assumption that everything we discussed was under the price of the first deep clean that we had already paid for, and we were told they didn’t realize it was going to take as long as it did. They then said that they would just do it during monthly cleans and chalk it up to a loss on their part. At this point, we were disappointed and decided we no longer wanted to do monthly clean.

If I could leave a 10 star review, I would! Bianca and her team do amazing work. They are attentive to all the small details and we always get compliments on how clean our AirBNB properties are. I have used Cilley Cleans for both my home and my business. Bianca is very responsive, flexible, and dependable. I would highly recommend this team if you want a sparkling clean space at an affordable price with trust-worthy people.

They do things right - the first time!!

I’m going to be very transparent. I live in an old home with white trim and baseboards. The previous owners did not regularly clean. When we moved in, cilley cleans wasn’t available because I didn’t reach out in time so we had to go with the larger company in town.

This other company did a terrible job. Our home is 1800 sq ft and they charged us $650 (without basement). They did offer to come back and clean when I reported it was not well done, however I was working a job away from home 50 hours a week, and childcare was inside our home so there really was no opportunity for that.

Fast forward to hiring cilley cleans more recently - they charged us $525 for a deep clean including the basement and they did AMAZING. I’m ecstatic to finally have a clean home without dusty walls and dirty baseboards. They didn’t miss a thing. Fairly priced and amazing work.
