Mr Electric saved the day AND our wallets!!! We had received an estimate from another local professional that was a real gut punch.... doing our due diligence, we sought out a second opinion. I called Mr Electric and couldn't be more pleased! You know when you get the time frame of 1 to 3 and you just know your afternoon is going to be shot???? Well, not with Mr Electric! I roll in at 1:00 and he's already waiting.... totally impressive. He went through the electrical inspection thoroughly and not only did we NOT NEED several items the other professional quoted, Mr Electric will save us about 9k in what we do need! I can't thank Mr Electric enough!!! You saved our wallets, you saved the day, and you saved the deal!!!

Mr. Electric excelled at communicating arrival times, scope of the project and price. I had them install a 40amp service to my garage and they had to dig around and under some of my landscaping to do so. They did an excellent job at cleaning up after they buried the conduit.

We were having repeated issues with GFI failure. Kyle did an excellent job troubleshooting our issues and addressing the cause. He also made a change to our panel box and changed a switch for our generator assisting us if we lose power.

Arrived right on time, very courteous, changed out some lighting fixtures for me and hauled away the old ones. Leaving my porch cleaner than it was. Win.. win

Mr Electric was very helpful in not only fulfilling our wants and wishes for electric work, they were very easy to communicate with and the technician was very friendly. We had Mr Electric install a generator interrupt switch, along with a secondary panel in our garage for future home renovation plans. They described all the work, the reasons, and were thorough. I've had a lot of bad experiences with contractors over the years. I was relieved to have had a fantastic experience with Ryan from Mr. Electric.

He understood exactly what we needed and how to do it. His quote was competitive with competition. The work was completed on time with zero complications.

What really stood out to me, aside from the professionalism and skill, was that Ryan did the quote for the work that he himself would be doing. Competitors did not do it this way - the person coming out wasn't going to be the one doing the work. I really appreciate not needing to re-explain everything on the day of the work and missing things as a result.

Amber with their dispatch crew did a great job keeping us in the loop on when they'd be starting. Also really appreciated that. She was very kind on the phone too.

Good price, great work, 10/10 would recommend. I hope the higher ups at the company recognize and respect the customer service their crew puts out; it makes all the difference.

Ryan and Kyle from Mr. Electric installed our generator today and they did a fantastic job. Everything went as planned and it looks great. They were very patient with us in getting the WiFi set up. I called Mr. Electric on a Saturday afternoon with a suspected electrical issue at my home. Their scheduler was very responsive and had the service tech out to my home within 2 hours. Dusty our service tech was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Mr. Electric to anyone looking for residential electrical work.

Kyle got right to the work and fixed the issues (several separate issues). He was polite and informative while he was here. If we do have other electrical issues down the road, I would reach out to Mr. Electric first.

Dusty and team member(sorry didn’t get his name) was amazing, they installed my ford vehicle charger in my house which turned out to be way harder than anticipated, spent almost 8 hours getting that thing installed in some brutal heat. Really appreciated it guys and will definitely be going with Mr Electric again for my next project.
