I had a repair for a GE product scheduled through GE with this company. Everything confirmed. The day of, no one shows up. It turns out that Advanced Appliance Service cancelled the appointment and never contacted myself or GE to inform us. The reason listed on GE's end was, "Customer Refused Service," which is absolutely not true.

Great work but lacked communication. Service person did not provide an ETA for needed part; had to wait for it to actually arrive before we were called.

Poor customer service. The techs that came to the house did not seem to know what they were doing . we have to keep having them come back for the same issues. And they dont keep the appointments that they schedule. It takes weeks for them to come back with the parts.

An employee came out to look at my dishwasher which was not working. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and knew what had to be done.
The receptionist was courteous and helpful as well.
