I wish I would have had the opportunity to work with 4 Way Cement, due to most of their positive reviews, but unfortunately I had a very negative experience with scheduling. We called to have the owner come out for an estimate to re-grade our porch, and they informed us we would have to wait a month and a half, which was fine with us. The day they were scheduled to come out came and went, so we called and asked why no one showed up. They forgot to call us when the owner got too busy at another job site. So we were understanding, and rescheduled with them for a few days later. We waited at home all morning, and the time they were supposed to come by came and went. We called, and no one ever got back to us. We left multiple messages without the courtesy of getting a response. They wasted our time, and while they may be good once they get to your project (which we'll never know), their logistics are a nightmare. Do not recommend.

Big job, about $10,000. New driveway and patio, new front porch step and partial new walkway. $500 deposit and a handshake to get rolling. Workers were thorough, owner Juan is honest and caring about the quality of the work. I would hire them again without hesitation if I needed more work done.

Juan and his team did a great job with our patio and front walkway. They look wonderful. They even planted new grass for us after the job was done in areas that were dug up due to the patio and walkway installation. Nice job!

Came out and installed a new driveway and patio for us and went above and beyond. We talked about installing some special elevations that solved my flooding garage problems, and he installed a schedule 40 with cleanout drain extension for one of my downspouts that was emptying gallons of water into our garage. No flooding problems and he pulled permits and kept everything up to code and gave me a detailed copy of the plan and contract. Very knowledgeable about fixing odd problems and came and repaired some minor chips in our expansion joints afterward. Sometimes you will get moved around in the schedule because of weather but if the owner says he's going to do it, it will get done.

We used Juan and his crew at 4 way cement to do our driveway and a stamped concrete patio in our backyard . They were reasonably priced , pulled all the permits and finished on time as expected. Juan is very knowledgeable he knows what he is doing and very professional . His crew did clean work and were very polite and sweet. my husband had several questions and they were very patient in explaining the process to us both. Overall I am very satisfied with the work!

Also I have referred “4 way cement” to 2 other friends who also were very happy with the work that they did!!

4 Way Cement is an incredible company. From the beginning, I was truly impressed. When Juan (owner) came to give me a quote, he broke everything down for me piece by piece, explaining what they would be doing and why they would be doing it. This made me feel very confident to make the deposit.

The job itself only took 2 days. His entire crew was kind and worked hard and efficiently to do a clean and honest job. My neighbor was beyond impressed. He watched from a far and made a point to call me to say "these guys took no short cuts whatsoever like some companies have in the past."

Lastly, the cost of the drive way was the cheapest of 3 other quotes I've had. The work looks beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the job. I highly recommend this company!

4 Way Cement tore out and replaced my 150 foot long driveway. It's three lanes wide back by the garage. They also added concrete steps to my porch. They did a great job! They really know their cement. Their quote saved me a lot compared to the quote from another company. The work was completed in Fall of 2024.

When my neighbours hired 4 Way to work on their home, I was thrilled by the consideration and professionalism of the crew. We live on a street with very limited parking and passing due to a narrow road, parking restrictions for one side, and proximity to a school. Contractors can have a tough time here.

4 Way Clement's crew had a lot of heavy equipment to unload and move, and they made a point of spacing out their trucks and vans to enable traffic to pass and people to get out. They were clearly thoughtful about where they parked and put out cones to improve visibility for some larger equipment. That's really appreciated when we all play musical chairs with our vehicles.

They did our stamped concrete patio a few years ago and it's still holding up. We've been staining it every couple years to keep it up but it's solid. Good work!.

Highly recommend Juan, Moises and the whole crew. They were professional, kind, and such hard workers! Juan had a vision that was better than what I asked for and he totally delivered.

Super nice owner. Does great work. Crew is efficient and very well managed. Only downside is the receptionist is not great and doesn’t communicate timelines well so we had a long wait without any updates unless we kept calling and calling. I would highly recommend them though.

Once they finally came, their work was pristine. Very clean, whole crew worked diligently and cleaned up afterwards. They came multiple times to check on things and the concrete driveway looks great. The owner is also super knowledgeable and honest. Also buried my gutters and even carefully moved my watermelon plant growing in a weedy patch when they dug out the path for the gutter downspouts underground. That level of detail shows a conscientiousness that’s rare in most landscapers.

Juan was very easy to work with. Very professional and explained how he could improve the runoff from the house. Communication was great. His crew were very hard working and experts at their job. Attention to detail. I’m really happy with the results.

From the planning phase with Josh to the daily communication & execution with Juan, I would highly recommend 4 Way Cement for your stamped concrete project! The crew was professional, efficient, very organized with the surroundings. Josh was knowledgeable in coloring and setting the expectations. I can’t say enough great things about this company. They came out on three separate occasions because I decided to make a few changes, and they were always patient and accommodating. They tore down my deck and replaced it with a patio, and then added a second patio farther back in my yard—both projects were about 30 feet each. I worked mostly with the owner, who was incredibly kind, professional, and truly a joy to work with. I’m so pleased with the quality of their work. After getting several estimates, I decided to go with 4 Way. Had the initial consultation with Josh, the project manager. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He even presented information I didn't know I needed to know, which was great. He informed me that Juan, the owner, would be on site at all times overseeing the process and he was. His communication was awesome, he let me know daily what was going on. As you will see from the photos, the transformation was spectacular and I am very happy with the end result! The crew was mindful of the property and cleaned up whatever project debris that was used. I recommend them and will use them in the future if I have another concrete project.

I had my driveway replaced and extended to a backyard patio by 4Way Cement and they did an amazing job! The crew was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently to get everything done just how I wanted. Even after 5 years, everything still looks great — no cracks or issues at all. I highly recommend them if you want quality work that lasts!

In the summer of this year, Juan and his team replaced half of my driveway, graded some areas around the house, and added underground downspout. Pro: they were fast and smooth and completed what was agreed on. Con: they did not fill around the concrete with dirt where formwork was sitting.
