First things first. I don’t trust these reviews one bit. Reason: I asked for references and received them. However when I called the references to see if they’re satisfied, which they were, but then told them about my unsatisfactory items with my pool, I received a phone call from the owner the next day yelling and swearing at me for “bothering” his customers. Oh, I forgot to mention his references I had called ended up being his parents and I’m assuming close friend or relative. Next, I feel if you’re going to install a pool for someone, you should either have the knowledge or communication with the customer to “steer” them into making good decisions to provide the best product available. For instance, do not go with the 6” radius corners. They also had me compacting the soil at night after they left for the cement. Why didn’t they fully compact? Because it was 6pm and I’m guessing they wanted to get home. There’s a few other items I want to say but this is getting lengthy so I will leave you with this gem. They measured my liner incorrectly. My corners were so stretched that I had two corners tear within 3 years. He wouldn’t cover warranty, and I was done with his shenanigans anyhow. I bought a new liner I measured MYSELF and installed MYSELF. Fast forward 15 years and same liner is still there looking good as new.

We had a pool put in by Mirage in the spring of 2018 and have been so happy with the outcome of the pool and the service that Mirage provides. We have had them close,open, service the pool and even still get our chemicals from them. They have been very helpful with phone calls with questions on the care of the pool as well. Extremely fair pricing compared to many of the big name pool places in West Michigan, and I felt that the quality of work was very good. They took on a liner replacement in our old Buster Crabbe pool, replaced the skimmer basket, ran new lines, and repaired the liner track. Had 2 other companies come look and I got a quote for double the price and a recommendation to fill the pool in. Mirage put a very nice liner in, and we have had no issues with the pool since (1 full season). They got the work done quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. If you need ANY pool work done, call Mirage and don’t waste your time with the other guys.
