We called a week ago and set up an appointment to have our septic pumped. They were supposed to come yesterday and never showed up. We weren't sure if we were supposed to be here when they came so we waited all day for them my husband called around noon she said they will be here, he called back around 5pm and she said they don't stop until all appointments are done. They still NEVER showed. So I called them in the morning and canceled and I didn't even get an apology. All she said was " ok I will let them know". Will not be calling them again. They wasted our time and if they are that busy I guess they don't need our money.

Had tank pumped yesterday. Tech/driver was super friendly and professional. No surprise up charge for thick stuff in tank. Price was as quoted. Not like Shultz. Shultz got me twice on that. Scammers. And cheaper than Bob septic. Had a great experience and definitely have them here again in the future. Thanks Kerkstra. Keep up the great service. 😎

We called to have septic tank drained and was very quick to schedule us and to get the job done. Great on communication as to arrival time. Thank you, we'll definitely use them in the future.

Kerkstra made it easy, showed up and finished in a timely manner. Sent a follow up text with what they did and condition of septic tanks. Also a suggestion to keeping everything functioning properly.

Be very clear on what they are doing and what it will cost. They were supposed to have pumped out the septic system before we bought our house. They only pumped out the second tank. Then we started having water back up into the house and I called them out to pump out the tank again. The driver suggested that we had a second tank. We found the second tank full. He never told me that it was more to pump out a second tank. They told me that it was going to be $265 and they charged me $400, which is their cost for pumping 2 tanks. I called the owner and suggested that he have his office staff tell their customers that they should get a lay out of the septic field so they understand what is needed. He said that they do not have time for that. So what that is telling me is that he does not have time for good customer service. He will send out a driver to do exactly what you tell them to do. So you better understand septic and drain fields to know what they are charging you. They also charge you $40 for each septic tank cover they have to dig out.
The driver was helpful and patient about explaining what he was doing. The office staff was helpful to a point but I got no call when they told me that it would cost $265 and they had to charge me $400. The owner was abrupt and not helpful.
Both tanks should have been pumped out before we bought the house. The driver should have told me he had to charge me $400. The office staff should have called me to tell me that they were charging me $400. The owner should have at least told me they would work on the learning opportunities of their employees.
I will not be using their services again.

Kerkstra sucked out my tank in record time, I was shocked at the speed of their vac! it cut down on the smell in the neighborhood! did a great job in cleanup afterwards. much appreciated!!

Our technician, Cory, was great! Very professional and helpful in teaching us about our system (this was first cleaning since we purchased our house). He helped us understand some preventative things we can do throughout the year and also let us know how often our system should be cleaned. Will recommend Kerkstra to everyone I know that needs septic cleaning!
