Good work. The customer service was amazing. From the emergency phone call in the late evening, to wrapping up the job the next day when they came out to my home. I would certainly recommend ABC for plumbing work if you’re looking. I’ve locked them in for future needs.

Great option for sprinkler system repair. Reasonably priced. JR was timely, knowledgeable and did a good job replacing the old, broken, sprinkler system backflow.

I don't know what kind of scam they are trying to pull. I called the company told them what was going on. He said it was probably the pump and it would be $400 and something. I was like okay how do you guys take payment? he told me, "I got to call boss I don't know. I'll call you back" 3 hours gos by and I never heard back so I started calling other companies. As I'm talking to another company some guy pulls up and he's like hey I'm here to fix your pump. We never scheduled a time or date, literally nothing. But I was like whatever I just need it done. He goes to my furnace never even checks my furnace to see if that's actually the problem. Just immediately starts removing the pump and replacing it and guess what the new pump starts flooding. Just like the old one. So he looks up and shuts off a water valve and I was like wasn't the pump it was just the water valve was on. He didn't answer my question. But gave me the whole spue on how he got in trouble with his boss because he quoted me last year's prices but he's gonna hold on to that for me. Like he's doing me a favor and I'm getting a great deal. That is a scam salesman's pitch from the 1980 do better and then charge me $500. I checked my old pump it still actively works but guess what the new one's still flooding. Because surprise surprise that wasn't the problem. I have dealt with many plumbers and electricians over the years and never have they not gone through a series of things and test to make sure that they are replacing the right part and not diagnosing on the phone. That part online is roughly between a $100-200. So they're charging $300-$400 for 5min that's insane and not even to do it properly. if it's a honest company I don't even care what they charge. As long as I they do their job right and they're honest with me. They need to come get their pump needless to say scam somebody else. I am a single mom with 4 kids. I do not have the time or energy to deal with this
