I cannot recommend Jim and his team highly enough. His plumber did excellent work on an initial project at my home, but shortly after, an unforeseen complication arose that caused my aging water heater to stop working completely. Jim personally stepped in to investigate, took full ownership of the situation, and installed a brand-new unit at no cost to me. It is rare to find a business with this level of professional accountability and commitment to making things right. They have earned a customer for life.

I had a pleasure of using Jim Peterson Plumbing for the first time recently. It involved two different job sites, and they did a great service on my behalf. Their plumbers are very efficient in completing their work, and scheduling was done as my timeframe required. While I utilized a number of large plumbing companies throughout the metropolitan Detroit area over time, I’ll begin using Jim Peterson Plumbing going forward, due to their fair pricing, and effective service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services .

Just had John from Jim Peterson Plumbing clear a backed up bathroom sink. Very pleased with his work, professionalism, and attention to all issues. Highly recommend for their hard work, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. Will be using for all future plumbing needs.
