Have been having Molly Maid do a month cleaning at my home for approx a year now and Tamesha and Jeanie have been great to work with, are very friendly, and do a great job cleaning our home. Additionally anytime we have had any questions or needed to reschedule a cleaning the office staff has been very attentive and helpful!

Had a wonderful experience with Andrea and Lagail! They came and were friendly, efficient, and made my house spotless! When I book again I will be asking for them, highly recommend!

The experience was one of the best I have had this far. They did an amazing job in my daughter's bed room. Mary, Maddie, and Louella really went above and beyond. I used to use Merry Maids, but Molly Maids has blown them out of the water. Thank you!

I was out of town and hired them to clean a small empty condo, just 1300 sq ft. The condo had been cleaned twice before, it just needed some touch up before going on market for sale.

Molly Maids billed me $280--a team of 2 people supposedly cleaned for three hours--but it's turns out they didn't do any work! They literally didn't do the job, just took the money and ran.

Now they're saying it's my fault for trusting them while I was away: apparently I was supposed to fly back in to town to check their work within 24 hours! Absurd.

I've used them in the past and they were reliable enough when I was personally there to supervise. But I'm livid that they were so dishonest.

Molly Maids can't be trusted if you aren't personally there when they clean. Don't make my mistake.

Despite a few poor experiences with some cleaners. Overall very happy with the services! I love how the house looks fresh and clean but doesn’t reek of strong chemicals. Our favorite repeated cleaners so far are CeeJay, Micheal and McKenzie. They are quick and thorough with the small touches such as folding towels and toilet paper for that professionally clean feel.

Maddie, Mary and Cj were here for our initial cleaning. They did a fantastic job. Even organizing throw pillows on a basement bed that saw as going above and beyond. Very happy with their service.

Mary and Andrea cleaned my house the other day, and when I inspected it at the end, I felt like my house was immaculate. They cleaned nooks and crannies that I wasn't expecting and I just felt like they went above and beyond my expectations. I haven't been able to clean as well as I like because of a broken ankle, and I was so happy to bask in the joy of a super clean house when they were done!

Very impressed with their attention to customer feedback. Little communication about a hiccup with the service resulted in very prompt resolution and we are extremely satisfied. Would highly recommend them. They care about their customers, the quality of their work and it shows!

The Molly Maid Route 69 team (T, J and V) did a great job cleaning our house. We have a big house, but they always do a thorough job and leave our house spotless. They are very detail oriented and do an amazing job cleaning all surfaces of our house. The team, led by Tamesha, has a great work ethic. Highly recommend working with this company they do an amazing job for a reasonable price.

CeeJay, Andrea and Neta did a fantastic job cleaning my small ( and cramped) house. They took special care and even cleaned the glass on a nightstand. The kitchen sparkled. Highly recommend!

We had team 10 (Tiffany and Melissa) and team 8 (Brittany and Christina) come to our home and they did a wonderful job. Their attention to detail was amazing and they worked very hard and fast. We are looking forward to continuing our services.

Very dissatisfied in the service they are usually really good the only thing they did was mess with a bunch of windows not closing the windows letting the air out I guess Molly Maid don’t sweep or mop any more because none of that was done plus they left their towels on my bathroom floor and bucket plus my mom said they were upstairs a long time what did they do I came home from work very mad and highly disappointed and they told her the house is too big they could not finish fine but my thing is at least they could have cleaned the main floor. Pictures will show nothing sweep, mop a container I know for a fact that was in a room is now on my hall floor as well as showing them leaving their things disappointed paid over $300 for a hot message to update I will keep posting on every site until we are refunded or they come back and do this job right while I was on my bed they also put their dirty cleaning towels on my bed where I sleep I’m so mad, disappointed and hurt because they were like missed in with my blankets and I just hurried up and threw it to the ground that was disgusting and I know it was theirs cause it’s the type they use and it was still wet and to let everyone know this was suppose to be their deep cleaning

Three lovely ladies arrived on time to clean my house. Mary, Aaliyah and Lagail got to work immediately and efficiently. I was very pleased with the results. I have never used a house cleaning service before, but I will use Molly Maids again.

Used Molly Maid this week for the first time. They did an amazing job. I’m embarrassed to say that my house was overdue for a deep clean, but they came in and did much better than I anticipated. We’ll definitely be using their services on a regular basis.
