Josh and his team did excellent work. We signed contract on Sunday and roof and gutters were installed on Wednesday and Thursday. Very professional and great communication throughout the entire process. Noticed a few minor issues, but Josh was very responsive and got crews out to fix them immediately. Would definitely recommend.

They were excellent, clean, tidy, and stuck to the word about everything with my window replacement. Josh was courteous and even fixed some of my tile that broke off with one of my windows.

Not interested in a company that goes from 65k pricing down to 35k in the snap of a finger. You guys would have been thrilled if I spent 65k on work - but follow up with a price thats 50% lower than originally offered in order to lock in a deal. Not a fan of that at all - when all that tells me is that you guys are trying to see what margin you can pull from each customer, rather than offering consistent pricing.

Other than that alone, it seems like Prime offers a lot of good features and products to a consumer. But you should consider actually putting your team through sales training vs. Having them read me a prompt they memorized for 2 hours.
