Reviews of local pros in Birmingham, Michigan

Matt and Andrew were great! Explained everything in advance and during the services. Gave before and after photos to show us the work.

Very professional. They showed before and after photos. They were respectful of our newly finished floors.

Zeppelin cleaning service is very professional. Marco did our dryer vent cleaning and install of new pipe. Marco was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and I highly recommend Marco at Zeppelin. What an improvement with the dryer! Next year, 2026, we are due for air duct cleaning and will have the dryer cleaned at same time. Highly recommend Zeppelin. Reasonably priced, what more could you ask for, call Zeppelin. Two years ago with our air duct cleaning, the tech was Jake and he was awesome. Five stars for Marco and Jake.

Matt and Lawrence were awesome, super friendly, efficient and clean, would recommend to anyone looking for duct cleaning !

Wonderful experience with Zeppelin Cleaning Services!! Did a very thorough and excellent job cleaning my carpet and furniture. The crew, Mike & Kyle, arrived on time, they were
friendly & polite and explained the whole process before hand and then got right to work. EXCELLENT JOB!!

Matt and crew were extremely thorough, punctual, and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable for the work completed. Pictures and video included. Thanks for the great work! Looking forward to the other service we booked to be completed!

Marco Morelli was a very polite, efficient, and friendly person to come to my house and performed a good job cleaning out our dryer vent. He also gave me some tips on cleaning the screen.

Great service, professional and respectful of our home. Thank you to Tyler and his team.

Very professional and personable. Matt and Andrew were awesome, friendly, and efficient. Jill handled the scheduling and she was also friendly and professional.

Matt and Andrew did a fantastic job. They were prompt, kind, clean and professional! It is nice to know our air ducts and dryer vents are as clean as a whistle! Zeppelin’s communication between the customer is great! I couldn’t give a higher recommendation.

Great service! Very professional and kind! Cleaned up after extremely well! Highly recommend!

Wonderful service. I cannot say enough. From Autumn answering all my questions when I initially called to Marco doing my dryer vents to Matt & Zach doing an amazing job with the duct cleaning. I received stellar service & would recommend Zeppelin to everyone.
Thank you!!!!

This crew from Zeppelin was professional, efficient and thorough! I would definitely recommend using them for air duct and dryer vent cleaning.

(air duct cleaning) The two young men were very polite and efficient. It was a challenging task that had been neglected for decades. Everything was spotless when they left. The cleaning dramatically improved the air flow to every room, and made it much more uniform. I will use this company again, and not wait so long to do it!

(carpet cleanin) The technician was efficient, courteous and friendly. He clearly explained the scope of the work, as well as what I needed to do in the following few hours to protect it. It made a big improvement to the room's appearance, and I'm happy I did this refresher.

This is my second time using Zeppelin and they continue to do a fantastic job. The technician explains everything thoroughly, everything is neat and tidy when they leave. Have recommended Zeppelin to family members and I’m even gifting dryer vent cleaning to both my children for an early Christmas present. Nothing is more important than the safety of my loved ones.

The 2 technicians took exception care to not disrupt the house and our dog & cat. Would give them 10 stars:)

Zeppelin did an air duct cleaning recently. The guys who came were friendly and professional. Made sure my pet was in a safe spot. They worked quickly and thoroughly. They did a great job! Will definitely use them again and highly recommend!
