Not sure how a cleaning service can miss cleaning a Master Bedroom shower…. And then when contacted about it makes no effort to rectify the situation.

Natalie, Alexa and Shelby did a thorough job cleaning in just a few hours.

Showed up promptly at the scheduled time, quickly split up the tasks, and got to work. They were quick but thorough and everything was done to complete satisfaction.

Had a great experience, with all of the cleaners, but especially with Ciani and Cre! They were very kind, professional, and efficient.

They weren’t able to clean everything on the list but what they did clean was immaculate and made my life easier. I should say o ordered the two hour clean so that is to be expected

My friend paid this company to clean a home she is moving into and when we got there after the service was confirmed complete we could not even tell anything was cleaned!!!! dust everywhere, soap scum on appliances and hair/dirt in sinks. The floors were NOT mopped, let alone vacuumed nor counters wiped down- THE BARE MINIMUM! I will never recommend this company nor use them again. When she sent a complaint, the owner didnt even believe her!

We moved into a new home and needed a deep clean. Everything was completed head to toe in a professional and thorough manner. Totally satisfied with the service and absolutely will be using them again!

I have been getting service from Two Maids and a Mop for about 2 years I think. They are ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS. They are reliable and easy to work with. There have been things I have had to ask for and remind about but they are always pleasant and easy to talk to.

For starters they arrived on time and ready to clean. I received a deep clean and I thought it would take the most of the day. It took only 4 hours and although they worked quickly they were thorough. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to cook dinner later and saw the oven was clean as a whistle. I couldn't believe it. I was not aware that was a part of the deep cleaning services.
