Had a huge problem, water is running off the old corroded entrance line into my home… they came out right away and were very knowledgeable, and the work they performed looks very professional and clean! Waiting to have these guys do electrical work is definitely worth it! Even the city said Ludwick was an awesome company and a great group of guys! Thank you so much

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Called for a (FREE) estimate on a couple "wish list" projects 1 1/2 years ago. Came out March 28, 2022, did not give estimate or price when asked what it would cost - they charged me $30 for a service call (which was supposed to be a free estimate), charged me 3 hours labor for an hour job. Joe, electrician that came out said he would take an hour off labor which I agreed to, but Shawna, office manager, only took 1/2 hour off and threatened me several times that she would turn over my statement to collections even though I never mentioned not paying. Tried to discuss with her by email and phone, but she would not adjust to an hour per what Joe and I agreed to. Rob, Owner called and was very rude and yelling, kept changing his story, called me a B- - - - - and hung up on me. Submitted complaint to BBB and Attorney General. As you can see from Shawna's response she continues to lie!!!! I definitely asked for am estimate when I called 9/2020 and she denies it because she apparently took the message incorrectly. Rob also most definitely hung up on me and called me a b _ _ _ _ _. More reason not to use Ludwick Electric is they do not tell the truth and overcharge their customers. Rob definitely had something to do with this issue - he called and was so nasty - very unprofessional for a business owner.

True story. July,7,2023.
Had a lift chair delivered,just got home from heart bypass surgery,5 days .
The delivery truck ripped the electric off the house, we called 14 places en route from hospital to home,no one.. absolutely no one could,would do it. By the grace of God,Ludwick answered,and was their within minutes. Incredible folks,and blessed to have them. Thank You.

Have used Brian exclusively for a number of years, he just completed the wiring for my basement finishing project. Always does an excellent job, very professional and never a worry about it being done correctly. Electrical inspector needed very little time looking at this one.

Would never buy from them again. Said they had what I needed in stock and would be shipped in 3 days. 3 week's later finally received them. When I checked on why I didn't receive them owner was rude and basically said you will get them when you do
