We have been doing business for two years now and we are very happy with Snellers. They take care of our landscaping and snowplowing services and do a wonderful job at both. The systems they have in place and the attention to communication exspecially in the winter regarding the snow service is very helpful... Very good service, personable and reactive.. Also ISO 9001 certified.

Snellers goes above and beyond to make sure each of their customers are happy with the service provided. The prices are fair, the service is dependable, and the people are always easy to work with and very communicative. They provide an amazing amount of options to each customer so that the service they provide matches exactly with the expectations of the client. Anyone looking for a snow removal contractor should give them a shot at the business.

We've been buying Sneller's surplus equipment for 2 years now. I have to believe that the way they treat us is indicative of the way they care for their clients and employees. Everything they have done is above and beyond. From the 78 gallons of diesel they added to trucks they no longer owned to making right a damaged suspension component they brought to our attention, again, after they no longer owned the equipment was ABOVE and BEYOND what they needed to do. This company acts with integrity in all they do and have truly impressed with their ability to shine.

Love these people they are Christian people loving caring and understanding willing to work with pretty much most people they give good jobs have good jobs and good pay I would not do snow removal for anyone but this company thanks and keep it up

We have used Sneller for lawn care and plow service for several years. They are honest and reliable, providing timely response to inquiries. They provide excellent communication during the winter to keep us informed about snow systems and their response. They are mindful of our property and inventory, taking special care to avoid damage in what can be tenuous with our inventory and customer vehicles. They are a great group!

We've used Sneller for snow plow services at work and have been more than happy with them. Their email response is incredibly fast. They keep us updated when there are snow events as to when we should expect crews, or when the work happened already. Incredibly professional company, pleasant experience with all employees I've communicated with.

If you want dependable level 1 service with the best communication I have come across the SS&G is the team you want on it! All I can say is you get what you pay for and it is well worth it.

I live in an apartment complex that this company services.
Their crew has killed multiple plants by blowing them over with the leaf blower, covered my car in grass and blown rocks toward my car (I havent found chips but found landscaping rocks laying next to my car.)
Also, if my garage door is open they blow the grass TOWARD the open door. Yesterday the garage door was closed and they sprayed black dirt all over the siding and door.
If you are looking for a company to respect your personal property, I dont recommend.

If you have a smaller residential job, these guys are NOT the ones to go with! Ughhh. We called 4 times over 3 weeks before we got one of their two “estimators” to come out to give us a price. 4 weeks just to get a price. Estimator said “it will be about $600, we’ll be here next week to do it.” Another 2 full weeks go by, nobody came out, and no calls! So we call the main number again, lady says “I’m not sure what estimator you talked to, I’ll call you back.” Good lord you guys. Almost 8 weeks between when we first called to get a 2 hour job done. Hours listed on google are way wrong also. Not sure who is running this place but it’s mismanaged, disconnected, and they are not friendly.

Just exceptional! Like others have said, great cleanup. If the owner reads this, tell the 4 guys they were awesome, worked really well as a team. We really appreciated them getting this done quickly. Thank you so much.

First: Called and was told they would be out the next day between 12 and 5. I stayed home all day and waited. At 5 I called to see if they were just running late and left a voice mail. I never got a response. So there’s that. Next?

Second: I tried calling again a few days (maybe it was weeks?) later. This time they came when expected and gave me a very reasonable estimate on what would be a very big job. So, I scheduled it.

Third: They arrived when expected on a cold and bleak Dec day and worked as hard as I’ve ever seen men work. They didn’t finish until well after dark, still working hard in a cold rain. I couldn’t speak more highly of them and would recommend them to anyone. And, no, I don’t know them personally, just in case you wondered.

I called to get an estimate on a tree to cut down in my yard. They said they would have an estimator call me back to set up a time to come out. This never happened. I then called back a few days later and they didn't even have my information from the first time I called. I was then told I would be called back again and that has yet to happen. I'd imagine I'm probably not getting an estimate. They don't seem to be a timely or professional company.

Irish gave us a fair price quote on a complicated removal of a big tree. Everyone showed up as scheduled. They are very knowledgeable, careful and worked quickly. When they left, the yard was cleaner than when they arrived.

Gave quote for trim of 2 trees. Took payment. Trimmed 1 tree well. Asked to have all branches hanging over roof removed on second tree and left the majority of branches hanging over roof. Only trimmed off shiots. Busted our wood stairs and said they would come back and fix them. Call 3x no answer, never came back to fix their stairs they busted, no call back, no discount. Very poor service. Service was in Aug. 2020. Yes. This was this company.

Have used this company several times over the years for tree trimming. Initially very pleased but customer service has gone down the tubes. Estimator is supposed to get back with you but that is like pulling teeth. A service a couple of years ago took months of calls to get an estimate. Russ was given the messages but never returned calls. Busy with storm cleanup all those months was the reason. I finally called personally on his cell phone to get him out.
Going through the same thing this time. Numerous calls to the company to get an estimate and nothing but crickets. Got Russ's cell phone # again, left a voice mail and no returned call. They do nice work if you can get a hold of them. Customer service is poor. If my business is not important to them, I will get another company who wants to work with me.

me. they didnt. called 2 weeks later. told again someone woul call me. they didnt. called 3rd time about 2 months I passed since first call. they finally called. was given a quote. a week or so kater estimater came out with owner. the price went up 250.00. they came cut trees, and trimmed. made a mess of my yard. didnt clean up. knocked down railr I ad tie off wall. left it lay.they were supposed to cut wood.18 inches for fire wood. they cut about 1/3 of it.called them to let them know they didnt c omplete job. was told estimator is out sick. and asked to speak to owner. he never called back.Fast to cash your check though. Poor service. they just dont care.

Very competitive quote in comparison to two other companies. Quick and highly responsive to my voicemail for quote. The crew worked through rain, removed two stumps in a rock bed, and left our yard in great shape. Four trees in one day. Highly recommended.

We have ordered split firewood from Harvey in the past and it was great and we had no issues. This year we ordered wood and made sure to make it clear it was for an indoor wood burner. The wood got delivered and the pieces of wood are way too large for an indoor woodburner. When I questioned the size I was told the gentleman that splits the wood for them over the summer does not see to well due to his age. When my husband came home that night he was very discouraged to see the size of the logs. I called and left a message that night. Never heard back. My husband called later in the week, no response. I called the following week and was told the owner would be in contact with me. Nothing. I called one more time and was told I need to call the owner directly. Left a voicemail for the owner and still no response. We just moved into this house and splitting wood is the last thing we have time to do. We will never be ordering from this company. It's too bad they could have at least tried to fix this. I can't work with a company that doesn't even try to fix their wrongs.

Had some damage occur during tree removal that I didn't notice right away. Called 5 times to speak with the owner. No reply to date. Filled a complaint with the BBB. I cannot recommend this business.

Update- owner said he looked at my driveway (per BBB) and said it was cracked before they did the work. Yes it was but they cracked it in a different spot. Still had no contact from Irish. Document the condition of your property with photos BEFORE they start the work so if they damage something you have proof. The more detailed photos the better.

Completely unprofessional and I would not recommend this tree service to anyone. Accepted their bid and scheduled the tree removal, four weeks later they still hadn't done the job. After several attempts I finally received a return call saying next week. The morning of, they called and confirmed. Never showed up. Now the season to prune oak trees is over and we can not get the work done. The only positive reviews for this company is because they are cheap.

Crew arrived on time and worked hard, through inclement weather, to promptly and safely remove several trees, prune others and grind stumps. They cleaned up our lawn, driveway and roof after the job was completed. Highly recommend.
