Every time I'm driving down Byron Center road one of the superior landscape trucks always hits me with a bunch of snow on purpose and laughs.. I damn near crashed today. They're not very professional

Terrible employee in company Ford pickup on 96 from Clarksville exit. Man needs some training on how to drive. Unable to maintain a speed, doesn't use turn signals.

Very unprofessional. My questions about service
timeline were met with a tone of annoyance. We were billed twice for the same billing period. Second round of application was for some reason going to take a week longer than the first application to get to us. There are lots of fertilizer companies out there. I switched to one of their competitors and are thrilled so far. They got to us 2 days after signing up.

I have used Superior for several years and have always had good quality service and responsive communication. The owner has extensive knowledge and many years of experience in all things lawn, landscape and snow, making him the best in the business. I would recommend them any day, for anything.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. We have asked them not to park directly across from my driveway repeatedly, tried to contact their main office for help rectifying this and yet this continues. Nearly ran over while trying to address AGAIN today. Landscape companies are a dime a dozen...take my advice and choose any other company than this one.

Had never heard of the company before but was out shoveling my driveway (in Hudsonville) while my husband was at work, and a nice young guy saw me shoveling and went out of his way to plow our driveway. Kind people do still exist in the world. Highly recommend. Will be looking to use in the future! Thanks for your kindness and generosity! It is much appreciated!

They have always provided good services, but when Jadon started taking care of my lawn, they became a true 5 Star service provider. Jadon listened to my dislikes that I have experienced with other mowing services and he cuts my lawn perfectly. He advised me to change my watering schedule and I've never had a greener lawn.
