This company very bad service. They did snow removal for me 3 years. This year the workers damaged my sprinkler head. I called them to fix. But the manager said I have to pay couple hundred even their fault. If happens every year I still have to pay because very comment. I don’t want to pay for people do bad job . I never recommend for anyone

Terrible service. I live in a condo and end up doing a lot of my own yard work (blowing and raking). Yesterday some areas were missed by the lawn mower. I brought it to someone's attention and he said "this isn't my area to mow". He was on a mower but simply drove off. I reported this to my condo association who contacted ProMo. Bottom line, my lawn is half done and no one cares. This isn't the first time they haven't done a good job in this area but it's the first time I said anything only to be told they are too busy to fix it.

Pro mow did a great job with quoting our landscape needs. When it came to delivering, it was the worst experience I've had. I was guaranteed a full weedless lawn with hydroseed and 2 yrs of their fertilizer program (which I agreed to) the 2nd year I was charged for a fertilizer application in December when the ground (not lawn because it was and still is, after 3 full yrs, patching at best) I called and asked questions, paid for the winter application and was told they had a plan for next year. They didnt and still won't return calls or emails (if anyone wants to see an email chain of me requesting a response of some sort, let me know I'd gladly share it). My half full lawn looks terrible. This is by far the worst company I've done business with. Prior to moving to Michigan I owned a landscaping business, this is a joke... ohh almost forgot to mention, the landscape beds were done terribly as well. I'd love to share pictures from after amd now, but now isn't fair to them since weather has happened over the last few years.... pro mow, if you by chance see this comment, I'd love to chat...

Mike Howard does an excellent job keeping the drives and parking spaces clear of snow! I feel he goes the extra mile to get spaces as clean as possible!

We worked with Zac on all our planning for redoing all our condo units plant beds. He was great to work with, listened to our needs and wants and worked within our budget.
Jake O. headed up the work and did a phenomenal job. Even in the extreme heat (and getting caught by our sprinkler system multiple times), he was pleasant, hard working and a pleasure to work with. All of the folks who worked on our job deserve an atta-boy! Thank you for making this big task an easier one for our landscape committee and the board of directors!

Great customer service. I have the snow removal/plow service and they alert you of when they may be out or if they are a little behind. Great communication. Pricing is fair. I would recommend!

I am consistently amazed at what a great job my Pro Mow lawn crew does! Each week they show up and pay such attention to detail. I can’t sing their praise enough. Love to share with my friends and family in the hopes of them signing up as well.

This entire summer our street was under construction for 4 months. Our home is in the middle of a block. Pro-Mow never missed a service and had to work around and bring their equipment down a dirt road with construction vehicles in their way. I have been very impressed with the professional services of Pro Mow. They are responsive, show up when scheduled, and offer quality professional landscape services.

Aeration and over-seed. Their guy was very nice and also made some recommendations. All of their staff is pleasant and great to work with. Prices are better than anyone else as well!

Pro Mow came to our home to adjust a couple of sprinkler heads. Camden was extremely kind and courteous, and arrived early to the appointment. He was very knowledgeable in explaining everything he did that day, and even replaced one of the defective sprinkler heads. After thoroughly testing his work, we acknowledged that everything was working properly, and he left. However, when I turned the system on later that day, the sprinkler head he had replaced was malfunctioning. I made an appointment for him to come back, and he kindly returned to replace the defective part. He made double sure that everything was working properly, and explained exactly why the sprinkler was malfunctioning. Thanks Camden for the complete and courteous service!!
