All the staff that came to my house was very professional and pleasant to work with. Here are a few names that were excellent: Austin, Casey, Devan, Quinton, Brandon and Joey. I would definitely recommend to others.

We had Tyler and Ray manage our water mitigation after a sewage backup in our basement. They were extremely professional, friendly and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Their communication was great and they did a thorough job!

The team at Paul Davis was great to work with. Both John and Kylie were very helpful and responsive relative to the estimation and completion of the repair work on my storm damaged home.

In September of 2023 I had an upstairs bathroom leak water into the lower levels of my house. I called my insurance company who gave me a list of restoration companies that could start the process of getting it dried and repaired. Paul Davis was first on the list so that is when I contacted them. By the time I finished the initial conversation with Paul Davis corporate, a local crew leader (Eric Wheaton) was calling to set up an appointment to mitigate. They came in and tore out the drywall and areas affected by the water and started the dry out process. This took a few days to get everything dry with their fans and humidifiers that were industrial quality. From there I did not here from PD for a few weeks which prompted me to call. An estimator (Kiley Leo) came over the next day to get measurements and start the restoration process. Being a busy time for restoration crews I did not hear from PD for a few weeks after the initial estimate. I called them and got in contact with a project manager (John Price) in November. John had some back and forth with the insurance company over the next couple months but was able to go to bat for me and get the repairs done within the scope of the claim budget. The drywall and painting was done professionally and to a good standard. The carpeting was selected by me and installed by a crew (Sullivans) that was efficient and professional, they helped guide me in moving the furnishings around to get the carpet installed in a timely manner. The carpet in the lower level was professionally cleaned by Thuro Clean (Travis Brenner). Overall the process was professional and efficient. John did an excellent job of keeping me posted on appointments and estimates as the project continued. Even though there was a few discrepancies in the insurance coverage and what the cost of the repairs would be, PD was able to adjust the work to fall into budget. The project finished the third week in January, so about 4.5 months to complete the project. Realistically the days I had to spend at home while they worked was about 10 days. PD was very accommodating to scheduling and kept me posted on what to expect. I would call on them again if I needed their service.

The teams at Paul Davis Restoration are top notch. Travis, Jason, and Mandy have all been amazing to work with. The attention to detail and walking us through the process of restoration is much better than another experience I had. Will always recommend calling Paul Davis for folks with damage to their homes.

I had a back up in my basement September of 2022 . We were in a hotel for a whole year. We didn’t get back in our house until September of 2023.Paul Davis changed the location of my laundry room and told the plumber to send me the bill. I contacted Paul Davis several times explaining that they had made the doorway of the laundry room too small for a washer and dryer to go into but they insisted it was okay. Once they realized I was right they had to relocate the laundry room to another area and now they are trying to make me pay for their mistakes. The paint is already coming off the walls. I bumped the wall with a chair and a deep hole appeared. I notified Paul Davis but they refused to repair it unless I pay them. Paul Davis does terrible work. They stated they could not find a plumber to install our washer and dryer therefore we had to find someone which cost us $985. We were never reimbursed. I definitely would not recommend Paul Davis .

Had some damage to our ceiling drywall as well as water damage to a cabinet. The crew worked on our drywall and did a great job making our house whole again. The folks who repaired our cabinet had attention to detail and we had a great finished product. However we had another project they started on beginning of May. It is now July and we are no further along than when they quoted us in May and we paid them in June. A little disappointed

PDR did a great job restoring our basement family room and a bedroom after a pipe burst and partially flooded both rooms. Kiley was awesome in getting our estimate expedited and John Price was great to work with in coordinating the cleanup and repairs. We appreciate John’s quick response to all of our questions and concerns and ensuring our satisfaction in their work.

Integrity is what first comes to mind. We had such a wonderful experience here from the very beginning. Douglas answered my call. He was amazing. He listened intently to my concerns, and then reached out to their specialists for me. Their specialist, Eric, called me back. He was so kind and informative. He recommended a cleaning agent, walked me through the details of what I needed and how best to manage our situation. 10/10 recommend!!

I wish I could say our experience was great...but I can't. Our insurance company selected Paul Davis's quote when a tree fell on our home. The agreed amount was 40,000 less then the original quote. We never heard from Paul Davis again. We were forced to complete most of the repairs ourselves. We, I confronted Paul Davis the owner Travis said that we "slipped through the cracks" he would make it right. I have yet to hear from him again. I even attempted to reach out...crickets. I would think twice before getting involved with this Company.

Paul Davis came in to remediate an extensive water leak from our upstairs shower, causing damage in the bathroom, and down in our lower bedroom. They removed drywall walls, ceiling and wood, and treated for mold and stayed on the job for several days testing for further moisture. They did incredible work. Thank you Casey, Branden, Austin and Eric for your attention to detail and tremendous customer service.

I had Paul Davis repair some water damage from a condo above mine. The excellent customer service began with Kylie, she was able to schedule an inspection of the damage right away. She was helpful and the process was quick and efficient. Next up was John, who came and talked to me and walked me through the process. He answered any and all questions I had, which was a godsend when I couldn’t get a call-back from my insurance company for a couple weeks. Although they were EXTREMELY busy from the January thaw and multiple frozen/broken water pipe reclamation jobs, John always responded to a text or call and never left me hanging. They scheduled the repairs according to my schedule, and the work got completed in the exact time expected: one week. Charlie did the actual repair work, and he is a pro that can do it all. He and his assistant Danny were careful not to disrupt my life any more than necessary (I had to live here while they repaired the damage) and to limit the dust, noise, and clutter. I can’t believe how little construction dust they generated! The ceiling and the paint looks good as new. I’m glad I hired Paul Davis to repair my water damage. From the first call I made to their office, until the final walk-through, they were top-notch and professional. And I’m not being paid a dime to tell you about it!

Joey, Braden, Quentin and Kasey did a wonderful job for us at Paul Davis. They were efficient and worked very hard. They took great care of our things and were very easy to have in our home! Highly recommended!

Paul Davis was contracted by my house insurance to fix some wind damage to my roof in 2021. Recently we had more wind damage and again insurance contracted Paul Davis to repair my roof, however this time after inspection my insurance denied the claim and said that there were too many leaks in my roof causing rot and they would not cover the damage. Paul Davis did a poor patch job in the past and now are telling me to pay 20k out of pocket to replace my roof and they don’t care that their poor work in the past caused the leak damage. 0/10 would never recommend.

I found Paul Davis Restoration through a Google search after a wet, moldy wall was found behind a shower renovation. I had no idea who to call, but they looked like they could do the job and had good reviews. Jill in the office was very nice and asked all the right questions. It was clear that they were the right company to call! Eric and Joey came out within an hour and sized up my situation.
They even did some extra cleaning of the area and sprayed the questionable moldy spots! From there, they had my adjuster on the phone while they were here, and had arranged to have her meet us at my house the next morning at 10:00. Eric and Evan showed up early and got their equipment set up to get the drying process started. They were excellent communicators, knowledgeable, extremely responsive anytime I needed something, and even my adjuster said that my insurance works with Paul Davis a lot, and they're "great." This was definitely something comforting to hear! Eric, Joey, and Evan were all terrific to work with! I won't hesitate to recommend them to friends, and I would call them in the future without thinking twice!

John price was a great coordinator of the work that needed to be finished in my water damaged basement Dan rebuilt my custom cabinets and bookshelves with intricate care Casey redid my floors and even moved all the furniture out of the room and back in when the job was finished. I felt very at ease with my project being handled professionally and beautifully with Paul Davis Restoration and they all loved my dog.
