Constraction reviews in Caledonia, Michigan

TYCO Roofing really came through for me when my original contractor was a no-show. Great communication, fair pricing, fast service, friendly crew, excellent finished product. Really goes above and beyond. I recently hired them for a second project and they continue to meet and exceed my expectations! Highly recommended!

Quoted price was reasonable. Work crew arrived early, worked late, took only a 30 minute lunch break. Work crew was friendly and professional. Work site was kept clean and existing vegetation was respected and protected. Quality of work was excellent and completed on time. Very pleased with the new roof, would use Tyco again.

I was super impressed with Tyco Roofing. They were very responsive and communicated well and I felt the quote was very reasonable. They got the work done quickly and efficiently and did an amazing job cleaning up. Best experience I’ve had with a roofing company, and I’ve had a lot of experiences with roofing companies as I am also a builder. I highly recommend Tyco Roofing.

Adam was recommended by a neighbor who recently had their roof replaced. What I appreciated most was his fair quote with options for upgrades. The internet recommends all of the items but we do not plan to be in our home for 40+ years. Therefore, water/ice protection is the most important. Adam was able to walk us through the options that meet those needs vs the options that are for longevity. Extremely helpful! The crew was hard working, attentive, and the cleanup was phenomenal. The crew cleans up, then a clean up crew comes, and then Adam personally came to pick up any lingering items. With small children, we really appreciated how they got each of the 17,000 nails removed from our roof out of the grass and landscaping. Outstanding job and a pristine job site at the completion of the project. Thank you, Adam!

I reached out to TYCO on a Thursday, and by the following Friday, I had a new roof! Super easy to work with, very transparent in their pricing and in making sure you are making an informed decision for your home. The friendly crew is about their business! They got here early, climbed up there, and didn't stop until their flashlights gave out. Then, they showed up early the next day, and did it again! Work was done very well, no parts were skipped, and when they were done, it was as if that roof had always been there! Not even a water bottle left behind--they cleaned up around my home very well. I won't need another roof for decades, but I would call them again if I ever did.

Thank you, TYCO!! Adam and his team of amazing Roofing Techs were such a pleasure to work with. We were in desperate need of a roof, and from start to finish, their hard work and craftsmanship were incredibly impressive. I would recommend TYCO to ANYONE who values this level of professionalism and attention to detail. Great price, greater people! Thanks again, team TYCO!!

Tyco did a great job with my roof! I really appreciated the professionalism of the emailed quote and contract. Adam was communicative and easy to work with. The team was able to get the roof replaced all in one day and their cleanup was spotless! I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend them to anyone!

TYCO did a great job replacing our roof. Adam, the owner, is very knowledgeable and professional. His quote was detailed and competitive. He gave us a list of homes he had done with the different colored shingles we were interested in, so we could drive by. He was flexible when we wanted to switch the shingle brand & color and worked it out for us. His roofing team started right away to get the job done before the cold weather set in, and they did a great job. Cleaned up so well you wouldn't know they were there. I highly recommend TYCO

Terrible at driving!

Great, outstanding company

Very nice people.

Delivered steel to this location. Very helpful and friendly people.

I was the main point of contact on the large addition and complete update to the existing building at Messiah Christian Reformed Church and could not have been happier with the job FCC Construction did. The effort put forth from the very first meeting / rough estimate through the end of construction was outstanding. Our project manager and construction superintendent were both very skilled, knowledgeable and responsive. FCC Construction has put together a great team of employees, subcontractors, and suppliers. Thank you to FCC for a great job done helping us get more space to expand our ministry to the Hudsonville Community!
