Todd is my hero! When I called this morning (a Sunday) I assumed I’d be waiting until Monday at the soonest. Todd was able to come out within about 4 hours, and he knew right away what needed to be done. Also showed me how low my efficiency was and recommended that the Freon be charged, saving me another service call in the near future. Can’t say enough about how grateful I am for their speedy response!

Never have used Frontier before until today. I needed an A/C unit repaired and my normal repair person couldn't make it for 2 days but Frontier came out sooner than expected and on the same day I called. Doug was very nice and professional.

The tech that came out to diagnose the a/c problem did a great job. He was able to give us the things we needed to do for next steps. He scheduled our a/c installation. The installation guys were here on time, they were friendly, professional, and took care to protect our floors as they went into and out of the house. Would highly recommend Frontier for any heating g and cooling needs.

This is the second time Frontier Heating and Cooling has come through for us! The first time was last winter when our system went out during a horrible storm. They gave us the best quote and came through with the MOST professional sales AND service.

During a winter storm, our furnace needed repair after a power surge caused by downed wires. We called at 7:45 am on Saturday and Jonathan was investigating by 11:30 am. He was friendly and respectful, clearly communicating as he worked. The damage to our furnace was significant and he had to come and go several times, again explaining the reasons for the extensive repairs. He drove to Grand Rapids, called to get a part from a nearby coworker and worked with another one to get a final needed part from Grand Rapids. He talked us through the cost as he went, making sure that we wanted to move forward with our weekend repair. Our furnace turned on at 8 pm and we are so thankful for the hard work and dedication and transparency that Jonathan provided!!

Brandon is not only a professional, he is very personable! He explained everything and was very thorough and helpful. We highly recommend Frontier Heating and Cooling.

I am more than satisfied with my visit from Brandon today. He explained everything he was about to do and in a very short time my A/C was working again. He showed me the capicator and why it needed replacing. He also talked at length about the age of my system and quoted what it would cost to replace the entire system. Excellent representative of the company and I would welcome him back anytime.

Our air conditioner went out in 90 degree weather. They came out immediately and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Doug was kind and did a great job explaining what we needed and what he fixed. Would highly recommend!

We have been clients of Frontier Heating and Cooling for a number of years now and couldn't be happier! They are a family owned business that truly cares about their customers.
Recently our furnace gave out. Brandon was here the same day to evaluate. Unfortunately, our 20yr old unit was caput. Marvin and Brandon came out in a reasonable period of time to put in the new unit and they did it the right way! Some of the ductwork needed to be redone to accommodate the new furnace. They made the alterations and new connections rather than cobbling things together and calling it 'good enough'. I would highly recommend Frontier Heating & Cooling to anyone that is looking for fast, reliable service. Our 19-year-old furnace quit working and needed to be replaced. All within a 24-hour period, Frontier sent out a technician to diagnose the issue, the install crew came out the next morning and we now have heat with a new furnace! Every employee that I interacted with at Frontier was top notch and I cannot say enough good things about their great work.

I called Frontier last night and Jordan came this morning. He was able to get my furnace going again. Extremely professional and courteous! Good job Frontier!!
