Was scheduled for service and technician did not show. Nobody could when I called again, they could just forward my information to the scheduling manager. Very unprofessional.

Technician isn’t here for scheduled appointment, no call or email for cancellation. I won’t be calling for service from this company again. Very unprofessional.

AWFUL - AWFUL - never call this company ! I waited during my two hour window and when I called to find out why no one showed up, they said that because the truck broke down...they aren''t sending anyone and I SHOULD CALL ANOTHER COMPANY! Do your self a favor and just call another company first!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service. Face to face or on the phone, these folks are the epitome of customer service. We are really enjoying our new system. it is quiet and efficient. I highly recommend their services.

Was promised a technician would come out between 4 and 7 today. When he didn't show I called and was told he couldn't come because he had covid. They had no problem taking 300 dollars from me this morning and making an appointment they couldn't keep. I don't care how good their work is , I won't be using or recommending them.

Just had your technician do the final inspection of our new heating system. He was the most polite and professional technician. He explained everything he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. Definitely would highly recommend.

Warning: This number will send you to a call center where they will sell you on a membership and promise to have someone out that same day. I tried it, and no one showed or called, so I thought I would give it another try and reschedule because of all the good reviews on here and same thing happened the next day. This is not a real company just an app that bids out your job; some of you may have had good luck with it. The rest, you have been warned!

Work was handled quickly. Very happy with Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning from the time of their arrival. They were very respectful of our home by covering their feet upon entering the house and cleaned the area when the job was completed. Highly recommended services.

This company and their reviews are a scam. My AC broke down and I called them on Saturday. He charged me $250 service fee just to send a tech to have a look. That tech was actually a handyman who didnt know what he was doing. I told him that motor of my outside unit is not spinning so he instantly concluded that its a motor problem and slapped me with $80 diagnostic fee. Next day I was then charged 150$ for a new motor but my unit still didnt work after motor replacement so then he said it may be a switch problem and slapped me with another $80 diagnostic and $250 service and another $80 labor fee. At that point I refused to pay but still ended up with a broken until and lost close to $500

We have been using Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning for over 25 years and they always do a remarkable job. Their specialists are polished, courteous and do everything possible to keep us safely cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Can't envision using anyone else!!

Probably this might be the first result you get when you search for heating and cooling company, But please please save your money and go for another company. This company is of all scams, where they don't really have professional or expert workers. They have made me pay a bunch of money about $700 which didn't even fix the issue and later when I reached out for refund, they never respond with proper answer and they haven't refunded a penny so far. I had their service in Dec 2022 and I'm trying to get the refund till today and wrote this review after holding off for about 2 months to see if they can make it right. So please believe me and go for another Company. Please Please don't make the mistake I have done. I Hope at least someone else will not fall to same scam.

From the office personnel to the repairman who originally came out, to Alex who provided the estimate, and lastly to John and Greg who installed my air conditioning system, everyone I interacted with at Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning company was extremely helpful. John was incredibly patient with me and answered all of my questions in a way that was both intellectual and understandable. I would strongly recommend this firm to everyone!!

John was on-time, honest, thorough, and took the time to explain how my boiler worked and how the problem could’ve been prevented. His pricing is also fair (which is a hard thing to come by in winter)! I will bring my future heating and cooling needs to Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning and highly recommend them.

Rex is incredible! We have hired him to do work at our house and our rental property. He is very sincere, always available to discuss best solutions and even concerned about unnecessary services/fees. We will continue to use Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning because of his commitment to offer a superior quality service!!

Not sure what happened. Saw lot of positive reviews for this contractor. Called to schedule a HVAC inspection. Even bought premium home service to take advantage of their membership benefits. But technician no-showed 3 times. No calls or heads up. Was told technician that was scheduled got laid off and other had an emergency twice. Upside, I was able to receive refund for service.

We had Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning install our new air conditioning and furnace and Rex was very neat and did a great job. Our new system is working very efficiently. We were very much pleased with the explanations they gave us and would recommend them to anybody in need of quality service just as they did on our furnace and air conditioning. We were very satisfied.

I set up three different service appointments with Nicholson. The first appointment was essentially a no-show. I had given them my mobile number to call, they called my office number after hours to tell me they wouldn't be able to make the service call. They did reschedule for the next day and the technician was timely and professional.

Several months later, I set up a plumbing appointment. Seversl days after the appintment was set, they called to reschedule 2 weeks later. When the rescheduled appointment day arrived it was again a no-call, no-show. I called customer service the next 2-3 days and my message was passed on to a "manager."

One week after the service call had been scheduled, someone called me to say they no longer had a technician to provide the service. I told them to cancel the appointment and refund my one-year membership fee since I would not be using them again. I have not received any refund.

They only get two stars because the technician actually did a good job but the customer service of the call center and scheduling is beyond awful.

After calling a different company for the repair of our heater and failing to show up, the next day we tried Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning and they sent out specialist. He was amazing. Replaced the thermostat and everything is now working efficiently. Fast and efficient friendly service. No complaints at all!

Our AC stopped blowing cool air. Our house quickly warmed up to an uncomfortable 82 degrees. I called Nicholson and was able to schedule an appointment the very next day. The service was professional, quick and reasonably priced. The tech explained everything and was able to replace a blown fuse. Exceptional and very reasonably priced. Thanks!!!!!
