Repeat customer here! I reached out to Lenox this morning regarding to the broken tub pipe. I left a message and placed an order for emergency repair on their website. Not too long later it was scheduled and Matt came out to assess the situation. He was professional and clear on what was needed. Reasonable cost on the task/repair. He was quick! And before I knew it, the job was completed! Thanks Matt for another awesome Lenox experience!

Awesome company and customer service. Our water heater started leaking around 9pm, after draining it, we discovered that the shutoff valve to the water heater was not closing all of the way. The only way for us to get it to stop actively leaking was to shut the main water off leaving us with not many options. We called Lenox when they opened at 7am, Shantel asked me to send some photos over of our existing setup and she was able to get a quote and same-day appointment scheduled within the hour. The quote was very fair and explained everything that we would need to have done. Joshua came out around 1pm and provided excellent service. He was able to install the new water heater with a new shutoff valve and disposed of the old one. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get our water running within a few hours! My wife and I couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be using Lenox Plumbing for our future projects and repairs.

A representative came out to assess a sump discharge pipe situation in my backyard. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and came up with a solution to a unique problem that saved me thousands of dollars. I would recommend Lennox for other sump/plumbing related issues.

I hired Lenox Plumbing to repair the discharge line on my sump pump. 3 nights later we had a heavy rain and the pump kicked on. I woke up to my pump running full bore. I went downstairs to investigate. There was a pool of water everywhere. I saw that water was spewing out of the Fernco coupling attached on the downstream side of the check valve. I shut off the pump at the circuit breaker. I then saw that the hose clamp used to tighten the Fernco coupling was loose. The plumber that repaired the break in my line must've loosened it to install a new coupling during the repair and never tightened it back up. I called Lenox to repair it and explained that my basement is flooding and they said "the earliest they could get someone out to look at it was Monday morning." ???? That would be 72hrs from my basement having water spewed all over it. I found that to be unacceptable and quickly ended the phone call. Not that I needed them I just found that to be odd. What if I was a complete novice and just let the pump keep running? I tightened the coupling back on spent the next hour with a shop vac cleaning up all the water. I was then late for work. In my opinion, Lenox is not worth the money. I will be looking elsewhere for future service.

Lenox Plumbing did a great job installing a new hot water heater. Their technician, Matthew, was very efficient and knowledgeable. He also explained the option and advantages of a tankless conversion which I did not do at this time. The company notified me when he was on his way along with his name, vehicle and plate number. I will definitely do business with them for my future plumbing needs.

Had an all around great experience with Lenox Plumbing, from the great and helpful office managers, to Brian and the estimate process, to Matt who was a fantastic plumber and all around good person. I have an old house with lots of old kind of messed up things in the basement. Matt busted the concrete around the rusted iron pipe, replaced it and poured new concrete. And he put in a new utility sink, modernized and organized the copper water pipes feeding the sink and the washing machine. Great customer service from good people. Highly recommend!

I called Lenox to detect and fix a leak from a previous contractor work. Josh had to come a couple of times but he was always on time. He used shoe covers, which was very much appreciated, and always left the space clean. He worked with me to find root cause of the leak, resulting in having to fix a shower drain and shower head connections that were loose. I will definitely call Lenox next time I need a service as they are reliable, fast responding and fair on pricing.

Matt is truly a lifesaver! Not having a functional toilet on the first floor was a pain. He was able to fix it with no issues. If you need any plumbing work from Lenox Plumbing, LLC, ask for Matt! Matt had a cool beard too! 😀

Overall very pleased with work. I had the plumbing replaced under the laundry tub. The cost to repair/ replace just seems to keep getting more and more expensive. As a suggestion a bigger discount could be given for repeat customers with each visit an increase in discount.

We had a backup sump pump installed by Joshua. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and executed the job in a timely manner.

I just waited for the check I wrote them to clear to write this review🙄…they are overpriced and maybe prejudiced? It wasn’t the 85 bucks they charged me for my threaded tub spout (pipe was too short, 5 minutes of work) I had to have them come back cause I had no choice….i needed to have the work done 🤷🏽‍♀️ I had the money so I was prepared to pay…they came, finished and I handed my card to pay.. it declined 3 times (account limit, security?), I showed him my balance, but I knew he didn’t wanna wait….he recommended a check, and I wrote him a check from a separate account…..I couldn’t remove it without damaging it and he almost shredded it 🤦🏽‍♀️removing it…. CHRIS MADE THE COMMENT ‘AT LEAST WE HAVE THIS’…as if I were trying to stiff them🙄…just saying…make them your last resort 🤷🏽‍♀️

They arrived at the allotted time, put on shoe coverings, provided their recommendation and explained what they were doing, worked quickly, cleaned everything up, and were very professional. I will call again if I need plumbing services.
