I have been using A Powers for over 5 years i have never had an issue with anything he fixed. He always is transparent and tells me what is needed and how much it will cost. And he always tries to help save me money.

My furnace went out on a Friday evening. Within 45 minutes A Power Heating & Cooling were there, had the part, and fixed the problem. The price was fair. The owner was friendly and caring. I would recommend A Power Heating & Cooling to everyone.

If I could give this honest company 10 stars I would. After 4 companies who couldn’t resolve an AC getting cold issue, it was fixed in 20 minutes for a couple hundred bucks. You want honest work, with knowledge. No non sense. Hire this company!!!

I own an event space called T7 studio located on west 7mile rd Detroit mi, I had an event the next day after a switch on my air went out, My technician Ammar came out he was fast and efficient he knew the exact problem fixed it in under 15 mins and was very affordable, this company even gave me advice on what to do the day before but it didn't work so I called Ammar back as he directed me too and he came expeditiously and was very prompt I want to say thank you so much! I am so appreciative to have been able to accommodate my guest! Thanks to you guys are the best!

Incredible same day service! They came out on a Sunday evening to diagnose and fix the heating in a tenant-occupied rental property of mine. Very professional and courteous, was able to fix the problem without me needing to be there. Would recommend and use A Power Heating and Cooling for all business and personal use.

I called for a spilt unit & within a few hours someone was out at my house for an estimate he explained the process very clearly & whitin 10 days my unit got delivered & installed!! I recently hired Amar to repair my air conditioner, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. He made several attempts to fix the problem, but he was unable to diagnose it properly. Instead of returning to resolve the issue like a responsible business owner, he stopped answering my calls altogether. Amar seems to rely heavily on guesswork rather than proper diagnostics, which is frustrating when you’re paying for a professional. He also repeatedly asked for payment, even though he hadn't fixed the original issue. To make matters worse, he left a mess behind after every visit. Overall, he shows poor business acumen, and I would not recommend his services.

To clarify, the cost of the repair was never disclosed upfront by Amar. Instead of addressing the root cause—a known leak in the AC unit—Amar, the owner, repeatedly added Freon, fully aware that this would not resolve the issue. This approach seemed designed to inflate charges unnecessarily rather than providing an effective solution.

Amar took $500 without performing any actual repair. This is not about refusing to pay; it’s about being misled and charged for ineffective "fixes." After four years of trusting this business, I expected honesty and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has been deceptive and unprofessional. I strongly urge others to reconsider before trusting this company.

I have made multiple attempts to contact Amar to complete the repair and pay the additional $600 he requested, but he has been unresponsive. This lack of professionalism and accountability has turned a trusted relationship into a regrettable experience, leaving me feeling misled and out of pocket.

They installed all my hvac system at our shops 8 years ago and since that date anytime something happen always comes on time and take care of it on time and very professional I highly recommend them

My furnace stopped working at 10 pm house was really cold, called multiple companies no one was able to service my furnace tonight. Called A power Heating And cooling . The Technician Ammar was there within an hour was so respectful and awesome. Was able to fix my furnace. Super hardworking and professional. Thank you for getting me heat.
