I needed service on a holiday weekend. The came out as soon as possible and cleaned the roots out of sewer drain. Great service and friendly people. Would recommend them without reservation!

Come out and look at the floor drain back up and says he cant fix it. No attempt but just looking at it. 105 dollar charge to be lazy. Suggested snaking through floor drain and said they couldnt. Now....not even 12 hours later, EZ Sewer comes out, snakes the drain THROUGH THE FLOOR DRAIN, and fixes the problem in 45 minutes for 150 bucks. Next customer you have, please make an actual attempt to help them!

Jason was great appreciate him coming out within a couple hrs of calling. Definitely recommend certainly affordable too not trying to break the bank.

This place is where it's at!! Good fast service 24hrs. They're honest, fair pricing, and the tech's clean up after the job is done. The owners are good down to earth people who offer their customer's good services. Glad I chose a busines that been in this type of work for 30yrs.

Had a main drain clog on Saturday evening Eric the tech was very helpful and worked out a time he would be out. Very knowledgeable and gave great tips to prevent further issues and was honest. Highly recommended

They were great! Called in the evening after dealing with clogged pipes in the house for several days and they came out first thing in the morning even though we just had an ice storm .He quickly knew what the problem was and got to work. Roots in the main line . professional and courteous. Will definitely call again if needed!

The main sewer line under the basement floor had a blockage. The line wasn't draining out of the house. We couldn't use any shower or toilet without the main line filling up and backing up the floor drain. Thankfully Rooter-Man answered my phone call (every other plumber I called went to voicemail). They were able to come out to the house in 2 hours. Jason was able to clear the drain in no time. He was very friendly, professional, and honest. Definitely recommend. And by the way, no other plumber has yet to return my call...

Absolutely stellar service. Eric came out within a couple hours of calling them and was very professional throughout. Having an older house, he ended up having to pull our toilet to clear our pipes and did a great job explaining everything he was doing during the process. If I have any further problems, Rooter Man will be my go-to in the future.

My mother had pluming issues on Easter, thought we had it fix but had more issues the next day. She was recommended Rooter-Man. They responded quickly and sent someone out. Jason was professional and very knowledgeable about the job. He went above and beyond to help my mom. And at the end she was beyond grateful because it didn’t cost a lot. I would not give them any stars! I was given a time of them coming out being from 9-noon and then I reached out at 11:30 to see if they were still coming out and it was at that moment I was told that they were running behind but not given a new window of time. I then received a text hours later saying they were on the way. The technician that they sent out lied about what he was going to do because he left without doing it. Highly unprofessional and disregarded my problem as not being a big enough problem for them to try and figure out why my drain was backing up. It in fact is a big problem for me. They did not try to figure it out, they just shined a light down the drain and that was all. I was told by the person that sent the technician out said if they don’t see the problem when they come out then there is nothing they do.

I had Jason come and he was amazing. He got my sinks cleaned up and reviewed my toilet which is a Calcium issue.
I would highly recommend them because they were out within 2 hours. I wish I had called them on Friday when my sink got clogged.
