Brad was great to deal with from the get go. Called for A/C problems and he was out same day. Replaced A/C next day. Fast and efficient. Would recommend and call again.

I love that I can call 24 hours a day. Brad came out right away and provided me a quote. I had a new furnace and a/c unit installed. Prices were great and work is right on. I am so happy with the service I received.

Brad was very professional when he came to do an estimate for my house. The price was much lower than the other two companies that I had checked with. The installers arrived right at the promised time and their work was impeccable. Both of them were very personable and did a great job.

We elected the financing route, which was pretty easy and the terms were much better than a credit card could dream of. The application occurs over the phone, and in 10 minutes or less you have some peace of mind.

Even after we scheduled the install, I had a few questions going back and forth with the owner. Ultimately, we had a phone conversation on a Sunday (the day before the installation). When I say customer care, I mean it. I think he understood that I was stressing about the situation, and he did what he could to help me feel better. To say I felt relieved was an understatement!

On the day of the installation, I was disappointed that the owner himself wasn't part of the crew. I really wanted to thank him in person. However, he was not wrong about the great things he said about the crew he would be sending. They were great! They were on-time, professional, friendly, and my dogs just loved them!

My heat had been going in and out for almost a week by the time the new furnace was put in, but now I can rest easy for my family's safety. Thank you to Affordable Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration for the great advice, the great service, and truly being a friendly neighbor!

Absolutely the best in all ways! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Brad was great when I called for a bid, he came over that same day and the bid was beyond reasonable. The day we were scheduled for install Jeremy and Keagan showed up perfectly on time and did a Fantastic Job. We recommend this company for any of your heating, cooling or refrigeration needs. I contacted Brad to around 5pm and he had a crew out at my the next morning to replace my furnace and hot water heater. They went over and above helping my family out with issues we didn't plan on having right before the holidays. They were fast and professional, as well as had the best price of all the quotes we received. Highly recommend them!

Brad responded within minutes of submitting a request for an estimate online. He arrived on time as soon as I got out of work the following day to give an estimate for a broken air conditioning unit. In less than 24 hours of the estimate, everything was installed/up and running. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and quality work. I would highly recommend and definitely do business with them again.

My furnace needed replacing. Brad responded immediately upon me contacting him. Brad and Jake showed up first thing in the morning right on time. They were both punctual, knowledgeable and proffesional. They completed the job without any problems leaving me feeling confident in their experience. I highly recommend them both.

Great guys! I called Brad when my condenser wouldn't come on at the start of the hot/humid season. He was able to fit me in same day and got the problem fixed. I plan on having Affordable come out and install a mini-split in my detached garage later this year. (fake name, real review)

It's great to see that there are still people who care about their customers. We called on Wednesday for a quote and they were here within an hour. In desperate need for a new AC and Furnace. Called Thursday to ask questions and decided to go with Affordable. They were here Friday the next day at 9 AM and Completed by 1:15. Brad came the same day I called, he fixed my 25 yr old air conditioner quickly, added frion and I'm good to go. Didn't try to sell me a new one. Very easy going and efficient guy. Wonderful, fast results.

This was our second time using them as we had moved to a new house. Both houses we replaced the furnace and a/c unit. Brad and his team were very knowledgeable and professional. We called for a quote on a new furnace and a/c on Thursday and had it installed the next week. Highly recommend them!

Had to call affordable heating and cooling on the 4th of July in regards to our air conditioner. Very quick response within an hour!! We're here the next day by 3:00 p.m. fixed the problem! Have been an existing customer for three years! I highly recommend this company. They care about their existing customers and their new customers! Plus they are very nice and pleasant! They definitely do a great job!

We had Brad come over to take a look at our air conditioner, he found the problem right away and was very professional and in a matter of minutes our air was working! Thank God cause our house was 86 degrees!! I had called others places and they didn't call back or were book out till next week ! Glad I called Affordable they were here the next day!

The unit wasn't working and it's December commence a potential nightmare. I called them up expecting a few hours and potentially a few thousand dollars. Brad was wonderful to work with be was able to help me right away. The fear of buying a new furnace was thankfully removed by Brad as he needed to fix a switch on the inside of the furnace. He also checked on the condition of it and made a few suggestions for me. The first one is I actually was buying too good of a filter and he educated me why that was. He also told me overall the health of it looked good and I should be fine for awhile. I know in the coming years I will have to get a new furnace and when I do I'll be using them. Thanks for saving the day, educating me on a few things, you definitely have my business going forward!

Our furnace went out on one of the coldest days this winter and Brad came within 30 minutes of the phone call and detected the issue in minutes and was able to fix it enough to work through the night until the new furnace was installed the next morning by Jake and Nathan. All 3 men provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a heating and cooling as they do great work and are fairly priced.

I used this company several years ago when I needed a new furnace. They came out quick, installed the furnace fast, & the price was much less than I expected. Yesterday evening my AC stopped working & my house was unbearably hot all night long. I called Affordable Heating & Cooling this morning at 9:00 on a Holiday weekend. They were here within an hour, They fixed my problem checked my AC unit out & was finished in no time. The Price was Very Affordable!!!!! They Defiantly live up to their Name!!!! If I could give them more than 5 Stars I would, they deserve it!!!!

Great Service. When we contacted Brad, he showed up the next day early was able to find the problem quickly and resolve it quickly. We will keep him on file for future heating and cooling issues.

On the coldest day of the year and MLK day our furnace stopped turning on. Of course we were desperate and called the first place we saw with good reviews. Brian came out within a few hours and luckily it was a quick fix and he was very straightforward and honest with us. It was refreshing and appreciated immensely and we will definitely be calling them in the future if we have any other problems with anything they are capable of fixing!
