Jeremy came first thing this morning and got our furnace up and running again - very quick turnaround since we just called the evening before. He took off his shoes (very considerate detail even though he was going into the basement!) Thank you, Jeremy, for taking care of our HVAC when it struggles to deal with our fluctuating Michigan weather.

Our furnace suddenly stopped working and after some quick troubleshooting I ran out of options to get it working. Following a friend's recommendation, my wife and I reached out to Jeremy at Robinson’s Heating & Cooling. Jeremy answered our first call and was over at our house in no time. Amazed by both his quick response and getting our furnace back up and running. I appreciated the time to explain what all he was looking at. He also provided valuable recommendations for future maintenance. We won't hesitate to contact Robinson Heating & Cooling again whenever the need arises!

We woke up to a cold house this morning. On the furnace it said to call Robinson Heating and Cooling. Jeremy at Robinson heating and cooling did some troubleshooting with us to save us a service call which is so awesome! He came right over and fixed it right away and showed us what to do next time. He was so knowledgeable and showed us everything. What great service and so so affordable.

Jeremy was headed back after his last appointment when he got our call. Since he was right by us, he stopped to see what he could do. He helped us pinpoint our furnace issue. He spent 10-15 minutes of his Saturday looking at the furnace and talking with us and didn't charge us. We appreciate him and his generosity! 100% will recommend him to anyone.

Today is below zero outside, and I woke up to my furnace not working. I texted Jeremy, he came to my house shortly after, diagnosed the problem, I chose to get a new furnace, he left and came back with a new furnace for me... all of this happening in a very short amount of time. He also came out in the summer time to work on my a/c unit on a couple of occasions. There is no pressure, he explains everything, and has reasonable pricing too. I would highly recommend Jeremy for all of my heating and cooling needs!

The guys not only got me in with 2 days, they got the job dine quickly and efficiently. They even came back a few hours after to make sure everything was working as it should.
They installed it on a 80+ degree day.

Jeremy's level of service is second to none!! He is excellent at diagnosing and solving HVAC issues quickly and always tries for the least expensive options. He had done a furnace replacement for us last fall due to a chipmunk having made a home in our furnace. Last evening I noticed the furnace was not igniting, so after a couple of "fixes" over the phone didn't work, Jeremy was at my house within 10 minutes and discovered that another chipmunk had gotten into one of the vent pipes. He was able to capture the animal alive and get us back up and running in no time. He put caps on the outside vents and was on his way. He did all that and refused to accept any payment. Great customer service and I cannot recommend him enough for your heating, cooling......and pest control (if necessary) needs.

He rescued us within 4 hrs, replaced our furnace when temp outside 23. Inside 58 degrees. Thank you so much!

We had our central air replaced with Robinson and it was a great experience. Couldn't beat the pricing and customer service. Jeremy and his team were kind, respectful, and efficient -- in and out in just a couple of hours. Highly recommended!

Jeremy was truly exceptional! He responded to my call with incredible promptness and arrived within an hour to ensure my AC unit was functioning optimally. He showed kindness, professionalism, and trustworthiness. He will absolutely never take advantage of you or charge absurd amounts for any services. Furnace died on Monday afternoon. Called Robinson Heating and Cooling and Jeremy was there Tuesday. Install went great. Professional and courteous service. Price was great also.

We woke up on a Saturday and our furnace kept turning on and off while its 15 degrees outside. We called and he was here in 20 minutes, fixed in 20 minutes and we were back to a heated house! This is my second time dealing with Robinson Heating and cooling, and just like last time, the customer service, work, and overall experience was nothing short of absolutely amazing.

I have never felt more at ease and trust in a company before. They don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. Don’t try to up charge and recommend work that’s not necessary. Just give you the straight facts, and are extremely open and honest about everything.

Communication was fantastic, and I even got a quick reply out of business hours (while he was out to eat no less) it’s extremely refreshing in the days of outsourced everything.

If you are using another company for any of your heating and cooling needs, you are messing up. I would not hesitate for 1 second to recommend them to anyone.

Jeremy came out and had to break the bad news that my furnace was broken beyond repair and that I needed a new one he gave us a really great deal on installing one. I called around and he was by far the cheapest. When him an his team showed up the next morning they were on time and had everything done in just a few short hours and in the end he even gave use a better deal than he had quoted. Jeremy and his boys were very professional and very kind. I highly recommend giving him a call for all you hvac needs.
