From the first call to Frost & Kretsch Plumbing to get installaltion quote and schedule appointment to the instaĺls and clean up, this company is top of the list in my book.

Drew the installer very professional, and courteous on arrival, removed old toilets and also kitchen faucet. Installed new and completed the job with no issue.

Had an unfortunate incident that caused the sewer to back up into our basement bathroom all over causing damage to the floor and walls on Saturday. Called for an emergency service and the 2 guys that came out Sunday were awesome. Very professional, kind and thorough. Highly recommend this company.

Anthony did a great job. He helped us understand the needs to solve our issues. He fixed everything to code. He was respectful, on time, went thru what he did so we understood the changes. I am very pleased with him and the company. Price was in line with my expectations. Our 4th encounter with this company and excellent results with all 4.

I highly recommend Frost & Kretsch Plumping. Cody from F&K Plumping was great! He explained and showed me what needed to be fixed. He covered my floors to keep them from getting dirty and he cleaned up in all areas he worked in. I highly recommend!

Thank you Frost & Kretsch for another great service call! I was given a same-day appointment. Anthony Cosio was courteous and quick to diagnose the problem. Smart, too - he snaked the line with water in the tub, which cleared the gunk quickly as the tub drained. He cleaned up any mess left behind and made sure all my questions and concerns had been addressed. Great job!!

Our water heater cracked sunday afternoon. On recommendation we called Frost & Kretsch Plumming and was able to get on their schedule the next day. Our tech, Cody Leas, walked us through the replacement, answered all our questions and did amazing work. He also made sure our gas line to the tank was brought up to code as well and replaced the worn out water shut off. Great experience, prompt arrival, and will definitely be contacting them for our future plumbing jobs.

I would definitely recommend this company. Our air conditioner unexpectedly broke down during a heat wave. They were able to get me an appointment within 2 days and had the problem fixed within a half an hour.

Steven was fantastic! After a horrible experience with an HVAC install that failed to clear the discharge drain, he was fast and walked me through everything he did. I called today around 12noon and the problem was fixed by 6pm.

Cody and Rich came out and fixed my toilet quick and easy. Toilet went after some work on the waterline down the street, and while Rich fixed the toilet Cody helped me by making sure all my other faucets and drains were clear of debris. Glad to have reliable plumbers I know to call now! Can't recommend enough!

They do great work, this was the second time we called them out. This time we had Anthony Cosio out to re-do some work under our sink that the previous homeowner "fixed" himself and he also replaced a faucet and some shut off valves. He was super fast and knowledgeable and the price was well under another chain plumbing service. Last time they snaked out a drain in the basement that was backing up on a Sunday, came right away! Will definitely be calling again

Anthony and Tommy jet out a catch base in line. Both were very courteous knowledgeable. Put my mind at rest that this line is not broken. They did a very excellent job. Will definitely recommend.

Well Jason Downs called me about an hour before my appointment to let me know he was on his way and would be at my home in 45 minutes and he did arrive on time. After looking at the scope of work I needed he gave me a quote that was less than the price quoted when I booked the appointment. I also wanted Jason to quote the cost to replace one of my outside faucets, he reviewed what I needed and gave me a fair quote to do the work. Jason them got to work replacing our dead sump pump and then removing our frost free outside faucet (which had frozen during the winter). He was very knowledgeable
with the work he performed paying close
attention to the details. I would say that he performed the jobs as I would have if I had the experience, and you could tell he took pride in his workmanship. He explained all steps he was doing so I was on base with everything he was doing and after he was done with both jobs he cleaned up both locations thoroughly and then sat down with us to go over everything and then answered all our questions. Jason was very hardworking and paid attention to all the details of his job. I would not hesitate to contact Frost & Kretsch (Jason) if we need additional plumbing work. This work was 5 star and the prices were not cheap but in my opinion fair.

Have used Frost & Kretsch a couple of times now. Recently, Jason came out and installed a new laundry tub, faucet, shut off valves, drain, and hoses to the washing machine. He also addressed an issue that came up after I got the initial quote for the laundry room (a very tricky repair done masterfully). He did an outstanding job. Explained everything he was doing, was very professional, and left both work areas immaculate. I would certainly request that he return for any work needed in the future. Thanks Frost & Kretsch !

I had a nasty smell underneath my kitchen sink and in my brand new dishwasher. There were no noticeable leaks.I called Frost & Kretsch they sent someone out the same day. Cody was my plumber he did a very thorough inspection and found nothing wrong. He told me what was probably causing the smell and told me what to do and it worked. While he was here I had a toilet seat with rusted on bolts that he removed and put my new seat on. Cody is very knowledgeable, and one of the friendliest guys I have met.
