From the first call to Frost & Kretsch Plumbing to get installaltion quote and schedule appointment to the instaĺls and clean up, this company is top of the list in my book.
Drew the installer very professional, and courteous on arrival, removed old toilets and also kitchen faucet. Installed new and completed the job with no issue.

Girl said they could predict how long my heat tape would last showed up with a flash light checked plug to see if it was plugged in and I said yeah I know it's plugged in and the cold runs warm that's how I know it's working they said call when it goes out and run a drip so the pipes don't freeze that I already knew was on plugged in and working never checked the hole heat tape was 7 years old so after I was charged 125$ I went to the other end where the hole is located opened up the skirt and found a gas leak and no insulation on my pipe in the hole I'm not a plumber but check this out I called for a refund and was told I hate my life because I bash companies no I don't like crawling under a trailer to check a hole after i pay a plumber and they said if i remove my bad review i can get a refund i removed review but didn't get a refund i can predict i needed heat tape and a gas leak fixed see tag on pipe that's consumers tag gas was shut off see how far the hole is from the gas leak 2 feet and I hate my life no way
