We had a one year old furnace in a new home that had never worked correctly, despite multiple service calls from another company. Brooklyn Plumbing diagnosed and repaired the problem on the first try. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and their price was very reasonable. Kudos to Tom and the Pros at Brooklyn Plumbing, Heating, and AC.

Thank you to Brooklyn Plumbing for coming out to our apartment to look at plumbing issue. It was more extensive than anticipated but Sean, or Shawn was very helpful with a referral. He also took a second go at after giving a think about it.

Had a great experience with Brooklyn Plumbing, very professional and operated quickly. I called them on a Monday morning, within 4 hours they were able to make it to my house to take care of my water line. It only took them about 20 to 30 minutes to replace a corroded plug in the pipe.

Had an old unit that was undersized and worn out. Nick came out and did a full replacement with a new unit in a few hours and had it up and running, definitely would recommend as a tech he does a clean install and is on his game. Was also decently priced compared to other quotes I'd gotten. Will be looking into Having them do further plumbing and gas line work on this renovation in progress.

After writing a 5 star review (below), I purchased a HE furnace and A/C unit from this company. I was told the A/C had to be updated to HE as well if going with a HE furnace, so I did. The contract agreement stated 50% down, 50% when finished. Total quote $11k. I paid the 50% and was told it would be another 5 weeks with back ordering to get the furnace installed. That made sense with the pandemic and supply chain issues. The furnace was installed in Feb 2022. I was told the A/C unit would not be installed as they don't do that in that winter. I let them know I would not pay the remaining 50% until the A/C was installed as the contract stated. I began receiving rude phone calls from the owner and sales manager to pay the balance immediately because he was out "a ton of money since the pandemic".
Stood my ground. They didn't come out to install A/C until late March 2022. They refused to come do a start up A/C test to make sure everything was working properly saying that's only a courtesy for customers and I needed to pay the full balance. I noticed the furnace was not as warm after the A/C was installed in March 2022. Also my energy bill was higher. They sent the tech who had come to my house several times and did a great job out. He did not install furnace or A/C. Turns out whoever did install the units, wired it wrong and both the furnace and A/C were running at the same time.
Although it comes with a 10 year warranty through Brooklyn Plumbing, Heating and A/C, I will not use their company again.

My home is older (built in 1865) and was in need of an updated furnace when I purchased the home. It is almost 30 years old 😬. When it wasn't working right, I called Brooklyn Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. The first service call was 2 years ago. They cleaned up some parts on the inside and it fired right up. Last year it needed a new ground wire. This year it finally gave up the ghost and the blower motor went out. It's time for a new energy effient one. I will be buying from them!

The service techs are friendly, knowledgeable and don't make a commission on sales so it doesn't feel pushy. I appreciated how he gave me options and took time to answer my questions.

Another time, my bathtub faucet broke. The plumber came out right away. He even ran to the local hardware store to get a piece to help the new faucet match the existing hardware. I was impressed!

Each time it was shorter than expected to get service. They truly care about the quality of work provided. If I need anything in the future, I will call Brooklyn Plumbing, Heating g and Cooling!

These guys are great!! From scheduling to completion, they were quick to answer all my questions. Out of all the contractors I worked with on my new home build they were the best. Thanks Kurt to you and your team for making it so easy.

Brooklyn Plumbing is awesome! My kitchen sink started leaking on a Friday and they didn’t have availability to fix u til Monday but then one of the plumbers came back early and they made time. Fast fix and they did a great job and very affordable. Highly recommend. Will use again!

I just had another visit from Brooklyn Plumbing and Heating and realized that I'd never told anyone about their work. Been a customer for over 10 years, they have been my go-to since I bought my house and I have had nothing but outstanding service since day one. They were honest about what was going on with my furnace and A/C and told me what was probably going on with other issues in the house (causing the larger issue). Houses are systems, so I've been working through their list ever since. Just a few minutes ago I had a question answered about a make-up air damper that only took a minute, but that minute probably saved me months and who knows how much money and effort. Thank you again.

Brooklyn Plumbing was great to work with! I needed a new toilet installed, a leaky, sink faucet replaced and update my shower handle, sprayer and tub spout. I received an appointment within a reasonable amount of time and Shaun showed up on time. He was very nice and friendly. He did a great job with all my fixes, with a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely call them again, for a future need.

Called ask about plumbing issue guy was very condescending very rude and very un professional they say they offer plumbing but they really don't they don't do any thing with pumps leaks frozen pipes so don't waist your time with this rude and worthless company

Our Tecumseh business was without AC today in the lobby. They were able to fit us into the schedule and have the repairs done same day. Highly recommend

Dishonest. Sold me a part that was damaged for 3 times the price at Lowe's. The messed up part is on the phone he said "I opened it up and checked it out and it's good". When I arrived it was heavily taped up so I couldn't open it at the desk. I mean, cmon. Only come here as a last resort

Cancelled appointment morning of because worker “called in sick and they cannot legally ask why they called in sick.” Completely passed the buck along to the employee instead of finding another technician to fulfill the appointment i’ve had for a week.

We had a shop heater at our business that was serviced six time by another company, and it kept failing leaving our employees in the cold. Brooklyn Heating and Cooling diagnosed it properly on the first try, and had the part in two days to fix it. Other companies just swap parts, but Brooklyn Heating and Cooling employs real technicians.

I am extremely pleased with the work done by Brooklyn Plumbing and Heating, as well as their customer service. Both when calling the office and when working with service crew & leadership, the customer service has been excellent. Our home required both plumbing and furnace work, and both facets of the company did their work very well. Management as well as employees have been professional, honest, and respectful within our home. Highly recommend.

They have been out to my house 3 times, first time for an emergency and came withing a few hours. Because they were priced very reasonable, I called them back and easily scheduled them for a couple more jobs. Plumbers were knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with me (a non-plumber) and even came back when to fix something no charge that did not quite work the first time. Another time, I called after hours for my well pump. Even though they don't service those, they called me back with a recommendation Sunday night.
