They were on time, the tech did his work quickly, found the problem, fixed it, and the price was reasonable.

Had Slanec over to replace the furnace humidifier. They were on time, knowledgeable and efficient. Also cleaned up the floor of any debris.

My furnace kept shutting off after running for only 30 seconds. Called Slanec H&C and they sent out a technician instantly. I was told my control board went bad needed to be replaced. The technician had the old one out and new one installed within the hour. Now my family and I will have a nice warm house tonight! Fast, Friendly, Informative, and very reasonably priced.

Got a quote on water heater over the phone and had it installed the next day. Very friendly and courteous people and am very pleased with the service and price. Will not hesitate to recommend them.

I am only calling this company for HVAC issues from now on! They fixed my AC today, and I’m so happy with the service. Great people, easy to schedule, affordable services, AND I always get a call back when I have to leave a voicemail. They come out, they fix the problem, and they charge a perfectly reasonable price. They don’t try to sell you on things you don’t need, they don’t overcharge for things… I’ve dealt with other companies that seem to work off commission and it was a nightmare. The best decision I could have made was calling Brian at Dan Slanec for my furnace. They took me in on short notice with a furnace well passed it's prime that causes me issues every single year. Came in, got the new unit installed and running before it got too cold. Very professional and reasonable price wise.

Dan Slanec’s Heating & Cooling did a great job for us. Chris did a great job arranging our service call and we got a service call within 24 hours. Our technician Chuck was on time and very polite and professional. He thoroughly troubleshot our issue and fixed our system without replacing unnecessary parts or components. Great service- highly recommend!

We came back from vacation only to realize our heat wasn’t working! We called them in mid-morning and Jared was figuring out our issue before 1pm same day. Turned out it was set up error on our part for the thermostat, but he also caught another issue and replaced a part saving us before the issue became a more costly repair. Very fair prices and quick service. We will be calling them for all our heating and cooling needs!

I can talk about how The Dan Slanec company facilitated the scheduling of my project. I can talk about the excellent workmanship they demonstrated in installing my furnace. I can talk about how they respected my home. I can talk about how they facilitated the processing of rebates and tax benefits on their client’s behalf. I can talk about their creative problem-solving—which they seem to master. I can also talk about the transparency of the staff both at the office and on site. But it is extremely difficult to illustrate or put a value on their integrity and honesty; this Heating And Cooling company sets the example.

VERY VERY happy to do business with this company. I got quotes from 2 different places (one being a big commercial company and the other a "hole in the wall shop") before choosing Dan Slanec. I chose them because the customer service alone had won me over and the price honestly couldn't be beat. Christine was very kind and even came out to my house to take a pic of everything so that the technician didn't have to make a stop late in the evening. I mean, she didn't HAVE to do that! Everything was set up and going the SAME day the tech came. He went straight out back, and got to work. I think altogether he was here for 4 hours.Thank you guys so much, its been cool and comfy ever since! Not to mention the energy savings!

Appreciate both Manager Mrs Chris and Trina and Tech Mr Jared ,who made us feel welcomed and valued clients , demonstrated excellent pleasant courteous service and PROFESSIONAL Team work with a smile. Over the summer I had air conditioning installed in my house by this company. What an amazing business! They answered my phone call after hours and got me on the schedule that week. I was very impressed especially after the previous company fell through and pushed off my a/c installation for months. I’m so glad I was referred to them. Outstanding job! I highly recommend them!

I love dealing with this company! I wanted to have my parents' old furnace checked out, so I called Slanec because they were nearby. Both Chris & Karen were very kind & helpful on the phone. Jared came out to do the inspection & tune-up, and he did a very thorough job. That gave me the reassurance I was looking for.

Water heater started to go bad. Price shopped. Dan Slanec was the cheapest. Called and scheduled for 2 days later. They were on time, to the minute. They were polite and got right to work. Done fast, cleaned up, took out the old water heater and actually went above and beyond by replacing some valves and old water pipes. NO extra charge. Was worried about being the cheapest but I got a quality GE product, installed by professionals. I am impressed. Great job, great price, going to tell everyone that asks.
