Easy to get to, right off the highway. Other office staff was a little short when asking questions as a first time visitor. The signage for where to dump for small vehicles is not clear and was not explained at the scale house. This caused me to drive up to the top following the signs. The road up there for the small vehicles was not maintained well for the type of vehicle traffic expected. I feared getting my pick up stuck near the drop spot.

Price was a bit higher than expected.

Couldn't have been an easier experience. You pull in, stop on the scale to get weighed, pull around to the dumpsters and unload your junk, and then stop on the exit scale to get weighed again. It's a $43 minimum charge, which is very reasonable. You won't find value in it though unless you have a large load. They had separate dumpsters for appliances and scrap metal. It was very convenient!

Their prices are extremely high. $78.81 MINIMUM. The other reviews on here, from last year, that quoted $43 are inaccurate. Apparently the costs associated with moving their dumpsters 100 yards to the landfill have gone up almost 100 percent. Talk about price gouging in our current economic climate. Save yourself $50 and take the 20-minute drive to Pitsch.

Hi, Please, can you make sure your trucks are designed or used properly?
In the last 3 weeks, I followed 5 of your trucks on I-96 (going East between Muskegon and GR), and every time a lot of garbage was flying behind your trucks. There is no way your drivers don't see this. I start to believe that most of the trash on the side of our roads are from garbage trucks. This is very disappointing. If this is a tough technical issue/challenge for you, let me know, I will be happy to brainstorm some ideas.

I went to the dump close to 11:30 am but before 11:30 am on Saturday and the gates were open...I drove in and the lady started franticly shaking her head no at me...I went to the front desk and she said I couldn't dump b/c I couldn't get done and out before 11:30...I had 2 couches and a mattress...I could have been in and out but instead the lady kept refusing to allow me to dump which probably took longer than just letting me get on with my work. I borrowed a trailer to go to the dump and this really sets me back. This is some of the worst customer experience I've ever experienced.

To expensive and doesn't expect cash and only exempt two kinds of credit cards. It cost is $75.00 to unload. I have been going there almost my whole life and now they don't expect cash and certain credit cards I'll find another place cheaper and that's willing to do cash.

Small guys stay away!! The minimum now to dump trash is $80 no matter the load size. Will never be back. I use to dump here 2-4 times a month. They will soon learn that high prices means less customers. Based on the last slew of 1 star reviews.

Canceled Services because after being a loyal customer for 10 years they were charging me almost $180 dollars every 3 moths for residentail Services. So I decided to cancel they charged me $87.00 for a "final bill" which was 1 month of service. A month later I get another bill for $60.00 for a container pick up fee, which on my last day of service they picked up the container at the same time. One last jab to get $60.00 more dollars out of a former 10 year customer. Please think about this before using them for a trash pick up service. I am now an American Classic customer and get the same quality of service for $60.00 every 3 months vs $180.00!!!

As a loyal customer for years the pricing has become outrageous compared to competitors with the same level if not better service. Customer service is a nightmare to get a correct factual answer from, and when we cancelled our service, you charged us for an entire month (per your terms) but picked up the cans the very first pickup of the month. So we were forced to pay for a service we couldn't even use while also paying for our new service. Also a miscommunication from your customer service team. And God forbid you can download a current and accurate invoice online to review your charges. The online and app experience is frustrating to say the least. Go with any other company than this one.

Your driver leaves my bins directly in the middle of my driveway after he empties it every week. I put it off to the side so I can get back in my driveway off of a busy road for a reason. I watched him do it this week, he needs to stop! When I put it out it was to the left of the other bin and ended up in the middle of the driveway

Do yourself a favor and call anyone else for roll off dumpster service.

Their commercial / residential pickup is otherwise fine.

Minimum charge for dumping waste is EGREGIOUS!! Twice what Kent Co. landfills charge. They’re encouraging dumping at this price point. But what else would you expect from Ottawa county..

Just called today, 2/24/26. $90 minimum for up to 2,000 lbs. That's for remodeling demo materials, including appliances.

Their drivers have discretion on whether or not they'll drive down the road to your driveway. They claimed our clear road (we had a string of 40+ degree days and there was no ice or snow that day) was "too dangerous" for their truck. They asked me, a disabled vet with a bad hip and back, to wheel my trash can down this "too dangerous road" about .25 of a mile to the main road, where it would be easier for them to pick up. Our neighbors have zero issue with their trash truck drivers collecting their trash (same size vehicle). No other service vehicles have this issue. We've had multiple vehicles, including 40-yard bin drop offs and semi trucks service our house.

Edit to respond: I already gave you several calls over this issue. I've also given you multiple complaints over missed pickups throughout my short year with you. I already canceled. Pick your bin up, along with the trash I paid you to collect. With all the hours I've delt with your business so far, I would need to be compensated for my time to call you again. I'm done in both time and finances with you. DONE.
