I've been a loyal customer of All Pro for almost 20 years and the team never disappoints. Jerry is always helpful on the phone. Steve has helped with all sorts of plumbing issues at the different houses we've had over the years from water leaks, to new toilets, to new water heaters, to a gas leak - you name it, I think he's taken care of it for me. Greg has taken care of furnace and AC issues for me. Years ago they won my loyalty when Greg fixed a very simple (to him) issue with our furnace and he said the trip charge would be one amount unless I wanted to do a full tune up and instruction (including the repair he did) for a $5 difference. They're honest when it comes to both diagnosing issues and pricing. When it's an emergency, they have been able to fit me in quickly.

Very professional and honest. We needed a sink plumbed, and the day the gentleman came, we mentioned we also needed a new dishwasher connected and the old one removed that was supposed to be taken care of by another company earlier in the day. He went ahead and took the time to do that despite a last second request, and did an excellent job. And even took our broken dishwasher! We will be returning customers.
