My wife and I pay for weekly pick up and have now gone two weeks without a pick up and this happens all the time. Very disappointed in the service

We had issues from the start, missed pick ups, rates going up without notice. The web site is useless and customer service was horrible, very rude.. hard to get through. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

The prices here for the landfill are atrocious. Too high of minimum charges. I’ll save my money and bring it to North or South Kent. They do it right. Low minimum charges and charge by weight.

Terrible service. They change your bill constantly and hope you don’t catch on. They skipped one week because of the snow storm and don’t even give you a refund. I highly dont recommend using them.

Had to call multiple times because they would not deliver my trash container. Put me down for different services then what I asked for and gave me wrong day for trash pick up.

The old lady in the booth shouldn’t be employed anywhere that requires customer service poor attitude and flat out disrespectful. Definitely a bad look on republic services.

The bill randomly increases with no explanation. This has been going on for years. We always call and fight to get it back down to a normal level, but then it just randomly starts increasing. Really shady business.

Why the cost keep going up so much started at 30.00 every 3 mo then went to 50.00 something then while back went to 90.00 and this bill is 120.00 and don’t even get out off truck and can drop right in road or very close never told about any rise in cost we have one small can

You can call and talk to the call center, but the local office/dispatch does not return return a call per their instructions. We have had regular phone calls on missed pickups and it has never improved, despite many calls.

Always on time and leave containers in spot we put left. Sometimes the wind takes them away but that would not be a problem of the company. Never an issue in the past 15 years of service. Thank you
