I was so amazed at the appliance repair service of this company. The technicians were so courteous and professional. They also answered all my questions while they were repairing our washing machine.

When our refrigerator suddenly stopped working, I worried because the food inside might get damaged. Thankfully, this technician came quickly for the refrigerator repair. He finished the repair fast and efficiently.

I liked dealing with these appliance repair people. They were honest in assessing the dishwasher repair we have for them. They were meticulous in repairing, and their service fee was very affordable.

It was fantastic communication between these technicians. Like when I called them for a washing machine repair, they came 30 minutes after my call. They were so thorough in repairing it until they finished it.

I called these appliance repair guys for a dryer repair. They were so prompt in sending people. They came 30 minutes after my call to inspect our dyer and repaired it immediately. They finished it fast.

This appliance repair technician was able to come 1 hour after I contacted him, and he had my dryer fixed in no time. Also, he charged us a very reasonable price for his service. This guy is so professional.

Recently my Whirlpool top-freezer refrigerator hasn’t been cooling and I called a few different places in wasn’t getting any help, I called Mr. Appliance of Dearborn Heights in they gave me an estimated time which was 3-5 days out, o told them I needed them urgently in they came out the next day. Once Tim came and checked the issue he found the problem and ordered the part, now we’re just waiting on the part to come. He was able to get the refrigerator to cool a little in order for me not to have to throw my food items away, which is a good thing for me and my family, in now we’re just waiting on the part, if you’re looking for a professional work give these guys a call!

Really great service. Responded to my request in less than 30 minutes, came right to the house and fixed the issues in about 20mins or less. Really nice and great customer service. Price was also the best in my area after calling around all day for prices he was cheaper by about 100 dollars.

I live in a different state and needed someone to check out my mother's dishwasher because it wouldn't drain. Based on the reviews I called and the experience was better than the reviews. The tech walked my mother through the entire process of clearing the drain, was professional, clean, neat, timely and very polite. I would call them again in a heartbeat! Great company!

Tim arrived promptly and diagnosed our problems. He ordered and replaced parts. We are so happy our ice maker now works and an intermittent water leak has stopped. We had a company come previously and they were unable to fix our ice maker. I highly recommend Mr Appliance.

Tim was my technician. He was very courteous and professional. He identified the issue with my washer immediately. It turned out to be a worn-out motor. He was able to fix the problem the same day and did so with remarkable speed. It took him less than an hour from start to finish. Afterwards he explained what the issue was, and also provided helpful advice on using my washer to avoid further damage.

Tim was my repair man today he entered my home with respect he was on time and completed the job faster than many other companies. He was organized and knew exactly what was wrong and what to do I highly recommend this company for any family or individual in need of in home maintenance with our daily necessities as listed.

Tim squeezed me in because I was desperate. Poor guy came it the end of the day to find my washer on its best behavior. It wouldn't spin on a full load for 3 weeks and now its works perfectly. I paid the service charge and Tim offered to include it in my next charge when the washer goes out again and really does need repair. Tim is very nice and explained everything so that's I could understand. It was like calling a good neighbor over.
