The guys came on time and did an amazing job cleaning out our air ducts. They even took videos of before and after and showed me how clean it was. Abe and Miguel were very friendly and went above and beyond when it came to their level of customer service. They even cleaned my house fan. I would definitely be calling them again next time.

I was a manager with a ServiceMaster franchise in Georgia for many years. We've lived in Michigan for 3 years with 4 kids and 4 pets. We were in desperate need of a thorough carpet cleaning. The office staff was pleasant when I scheduled and quoted me a great price. The technician, Ali was polite and went straight to work. He was quick and thorough. The carpets look great. I would definitely recommend this company for carpet cleaning based on my wonderful experience.

Mike served as the lead contractor , he did an amazing job with a total fire repair upstairs and downstairs. His professionalism, personalization and attention to details made my family experience exceedingly happy and I recommend all phases of a project from a fire to rebuild to be done by this provider and lead by Mike.

Abe came to my house and spent his time, he explained what he was doing, what techniques worked best on certain problem areas and was honest with what expectations I should have, but stood by the quality of his work. He was kind to my pets and not annoyed that they got in the way a bit. I was really pleased with both the service and the outcome. I will never go anywhere else for steam cleaning. The prices are also a better deal than those other companies "SS" and "Purple Van" Call with confidence...ASK FOR ABE!

Fantastic, Friendly service! Great pricing! I was skeptical because I had not heard of Jouny. I am so glad we decided to go with them. Abe is unbelievably thorough and informative. He told me about making sure not to get the sides of a hollow couch wet because it causes mold and carpet paint to cover spills. Great info!!! He is such a kind man. On top of all that the carpet and couch he cleaned look and smell GREAT! I cant wait to use Jouny (Abe) again.

Last week, I had my air ducts cleaned after finding this company online. I am so pleased with their service - Miguel and Joel were efficient, on time, thorough and explained what they were doing. At the end of service, I asked about carpet cleaning. They raved about their ability. I was able to call and schedule for the day I needed the following week. Today, Abe and Jacob were here and did a fantastic job working hard on stains on my light colored carpet. So glad to have found this company and have recommended to others.

I was a Little skeptical about looking for air cleaning duct service that would not rip me off...so I did some research and called around to ask how and what they used to cleaned the ducts. Some places gave astronomical prices that I just could not afford. Others were either not in their service area or could not refill all the questions I asked them. When I called 313 Air Duct the receptionist was very polite and courteous and when I asked her questions about reviews on the business she took the time to help me find them. She wasn't pushy about giving me a sale, she was polite and stated if I decide to choose them that she would be there to take the order. I called a couple other places, but then I called 313 Air duct back and got the quote and the set-up date. On Saturday I was given a courtesy call stating that they were on their way. When Abe and Mike arrived they were very professional, courteous, polite and was able to explain the service process step-by-step to me. I felt they were very knowledgeable in the field. I was given tips on how to maintain my air quality in the future. All while they were there they asked if I had any questions and if I do think of questions after the fact that I could call them anytime regarding my concerns. I recommend this company as a cleaning service you can trust. I am breathing much better after the job was done!!!

Abe and Sam are absolutely wonderful! They cleaned ducts and dryer vent and installed ultraviolet light at my mothers home. My husband and I had our ducts cleaned back in April and were so pleased that my mother wanted them to come to her home too. Both Abe and Sam explained everything in detail and showed before and after pictures.
They advised that it looked like they had never been cleaned before and my mother agreed as she has lived in her house for 56 years.

I Just had my air ducts and fireplace cleaned, Abe and Miguel were very pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful and communicated with me all the procedures that they were performing. My houses ducts have never been cleaned before in 70 years, the dirt and dust was horrific, by the time they were done the ducts looked like new. These guys are awesome, I will use them again when the time comes and highly recommend them for everyone who needs this type of work done.
