They called to let me know they were going to be arriving early. The cleaning was done quickly and promptly. My couch was cleaned and it was very good. I would recommend them to others.

The man answering the phone and scheduling appointments is incredibly rude and impatient. I was trying to schedule an appointment during a certain window of time in the am. He did not tell me what time the a.m. time frame was so I assumed it was 9-12. I told him I needed to be done by 11:45. He scheduled me for 8 a.m. and left me a message with the time. I called back to tell him that I had to take my kids to school and that wouldn’t work. He got mad and said “oh” as if irritated and hung up on me. When he called back to reschedule, he said “I need to remind YOU that you needed to be out by 11:45. You left out the part about taking your kids to school.” At this point, I was done with this man and told him that I was calling him back to cancel due to his rude attitude anyway. He replied “thanks, you did me a favor.” How can people act like this and still have a business?! Please do not hire this company. They sound very shady. There is a coupon in Valpak, but by the time he asked for all of my info on dimensions, the price was nearly double. Do yourself a favor and go with a company with a good reputation.

Easy to schedule for service. Excellent work done at an affordable rate with no hidden fees. Very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend this company.
