Technician was very knowledgeable and let me know exactly what was going on. Wasn't pushy with upsells and was very nice in and out of here in a pretty good amount of time too would recommend

I had a clog in my main drain that was slightly past the access plug in my basement. I paid $250 to have it snaked out, but after they made a few attempts, I was told it wasn't doable because the snake was popping out of another access point, they then quoted me $7500 to tear out my basement and driveway to replace the whole drain system. Obviously I was skeptical, so later that day I went to Home Depot and rented a snake (I've never used one before) and managed to get the clog cleared out myself.
So basically I spend $250 for a clog to not be fixed, and then managed to save myself $7500 (-$80 for rental) by simply renting a snake and doing it myself.
On a positive note, the plumbers were very friendly and professional!

Very polite and knowledgeable. Did an awesome job and great clean up. I would highly recommend him! So fortunate to have him work on our house.. would request him if possible ! 😊
