Kyle and the whole team at Roto-rooter were amazing. From start to finish, everyone showed up on time and did exactly what they said would be done to remedy my sewage back up. I highly recommend the whole team!

Matt came out to our house very quickly! Checked out our plugged up basement bathroom, diagnosed the problem gave us options and got to work. Problem fixed! Clean up was good. No extra charge for weekend service.

Dana was a phenomenal plumber! He was so professional, personable, honest, knowledgeable, & informative (which is hard to find these days). He diagnosed the issue immediately and took care of it efficiently. If I have anymore plumbing issues in the future, I will always request Dana.

Great experience with roto rooter! We had a plumbing emergency in our house with my wife being 37w pregnant! They came within an hour after hours and had the issue fixed that night. Would highly recommend for any of your emergent plumbing issues

From the representative I spoken with to the expertise of the technician's who were at my aunt's house pronto responding to a leak she had in the basement backing up throughout her home's bathrooms and kitchen. The team lead by Tyrone were not only friendly but excellent at their job. Now the clean up team will take over. If you have an issue with your plumbing and you live in this area I highly recommend Roto-Rooter at this location. 10 stars 👏🏻

My main line was plugged up with roots and calcium buildup. Julian Molina came out and I'm glad he did. 100 percent would recommend him to anyone. He genuinely seemed like a good guy who cared and probably seen the look of defeat on my face. If you see this Julian, thank you for what you do.

Our tech Joel was fantastic!!!! He was on time, excellent communication and fixed our problem quickly and perfectly. Joel never made a mess and was very respectful of our home. I would definitely use again if the need arises.

I scheduled online, on a Sunday evening after we noticed slow drains. Joel came out & checked out what was happening. He explained that we really needed to have our septic drained first as that may solve our issue. He gave us a detailed estimate in case he had to return.
We were able to have a septic company come out that same day, but it did not solve our issue. I called late on Monday after the septic tank was cleaned & spoke to someone, explained what Joel had said & we set up an appointment for Tuesday. Joel was here about 11:30am & worked ridiculously hard for 3 hours to solve the clog issue we had. Super nice guy & after things were flowing properly, offered suggestions to maintain the drains to avoid this from happening again. I hope I never have another issue, but if I do, I will be calling Roto-Rooter & requesting Joel.

They came out early the next day after calling the previous afternoon about a clogged main pipe and resulting leak. Markw as very professional and explained what he was doing/why he was doing what he was. Gave us an estimate before work began and quickly fixed all the issues. I highly recommend them. Great customer service throughout!

Called for a toilet issue, Julian came out really quickly. He was professional, ready to work and got right into investigating my issue. He gave me a very thorough explanation on why my issue was happening, replaced parts in my tank and then also suggested preventative services to take to keep my plumbing and drains safe and functioning. He was easy to talk to, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Two days after moving into my home a leak caused water damage in multiple rooms (I was a wreck). Sean handled all the insurance stuff. Jimmy and his team got the dry-out started FAST. Eddie fixed the plumbing, and I’m confident that everything is now up to code and safe to use. Prices were more than fair. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with and I am so grateful to all of them. Highly recommend!!!
