TERRIBLE. Guy came out, charged me 125$ took a couple pictures and left and said he'd email me a receipt. Never got the receipt. However, I did get the quote which was over 6k and not broken down what-so-ever. The quote said "fix electrical problems, 6500" They will never get my business.

Said the cost was close to $900. I said no, then he called back and said $250. I said yes. then he said he forgot to add his service fee. It was a clear bair and switch. When I asked him to explain and let him know I wasn't happy, he said,"Too bad." Risk using this company if you like but be prepared to be cheated.

An old appliance blew out a main breaker. They were able to send an electrician late on a weeknight right away. Before he left he reviewed a picture I sent and was able to troubleshoot over the phone, saving me time and money. They will be my first call next time i screw something up.

They came to my house to fix my a.c. he came looked at it,charged 125$ said a guy would fix it the next day,the guy came out,looked at it from outside and said he shouldn't have been to,d to come out,because they don't have the tools to even test it. It's only about 8 years old a new 90% efficiency he said I had to call someone who has all the tools. It sounded like a joke,but cost me 125$ that I paid in cash. He took my email address showed me that he was sending me a receipt,but of course I never got an email receipt,I've never been so blatantly ripped off before,ever. Made a call to the company,each blamed the other,did Yelp,and the BBB,and called the store that had their business cards . What a horrible experience.

We had a company do some outside work on our home and somehow they knocked our electricity out in the kitchen and the living room. The company we used called National Electric to come and resolve the situation. Robert came to our home promptly faster than any other Electrical Company we called, he was very nice and followed all safety protocols and fixed our electricity in a short time. He did good work. I would recommend them to anybody.

My power was intermittent and out in only half of the house. Chris checked the breaker panel, and then the meter and found that there was a problem at the meter. He was very honest and upfront about the issues. We talked about other work that I had been wanting to have done and he walked me through it all with approximate costs and timing. Chris was friendly outgoing and honest. I ended up having them do a bunch of rewiring including replacing my panel. They started the work the very next morning, Chris was there bright and early to get started. Robert and another guy came in later and the three of them worked all day to do the rewiring.
While rewiring one of the bedrooms, Robert found an issue with my ceiling light/fan, and fixed it without any additional charge. They found some other issues as well that we not part of the scope of the project and ended up fixing them all without charging me for it.
At first I wasn't happy with the product they used to run the wiring as I had thought the wires were going to be run in the walls. This was a miscommunication and after discussing with Robert (who was willing to change it out) and agreed to keep it as it was with a minor change to the j-boxes.
Ended up that Robert and Chris did more than I had originally asked for and fixed a couple of things that weren't part of the original scope, all for the agreed price. I was very happy with them and the work they did. Both Robert and Chris are great guys and I enjoyed working with them. Thanks for your hard work!!

If there was zero stars that’s what I would rate. I called them for service Saturday morning. They called me at 12:42 and said they would be here in a couple hours.
At 4:32pm, no show, no call, nothing. So now because I’ve wasted my day waiting for them, it’s too late in the day to get another company out here. I will never use this company for any services ever and if anyone ever asks me if I know a good electrician service, I will tell them who not to use.
Literally a couple equals two. Four would be more than two. As a business owner, you would think basic kindergarten math would at least be your strong suit.
