I had my gutters replaced Mark was very professional, knowledgeable and timely. They came out and did the replacement, what I thought would be an all day installation took a couple of hours and there was no debris left behind. My gutters look great and I am extremely pleased.
I highly recommend them.

Mark came out with his team to replace my gutters. He was the only company who was willing to come out before spring. He and his staff were very professional, neat, and prompt. Mark quoted me a very reasonable price, he even did some additional work and repairs he came across at no additional charge. In addition to the wonderful service I received, my gutters look amazing! Not only did they provide quality work they also did it in a timely fashion. Once the job was complete they cleaned everything so well that unless you were there you wouldn't have known any work has been done. I was very pleased with the work that was done and have already referred a few friends looking to get similar work done. I will definitely be reaching out in the event I need additional repairs!

My experience with Motor City was great! And only took a couple of days. I called Mark on Saturday, and he came to look at the house the same day. By Monday we were signing the contract and by Tuesday all the work was finished and complete! I got the gutters, and downspouts replaced along with a new fascia board and new gable trim! I will definitely be calling Mark for my next home project !!!

These guys go above and beyond. Great job! Mark gave us a great deal on roof, chimney, and gutters. Frank and Sean came by to inspect my roof vents and went into the crawlspace space and sealed up some holes and checked things out. Highly recommend

I have used Motor City for a few different repair jobs over the years. They have done an excellent job repairing my chimney and a couple roof leaks. I decided to take the plunge and replace my entire roof and gutters. Of course, Motor City was one of the companies from which I requested a quote. The price they quoted was very reasonable. The entire job took a bit longer than originally quoted - 4 days rather than 2 - due to inclement weather and the holidays. While there were a couple of small hiccups along the process, Mark was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and personally ensured my satisfaction. Mark's commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none. In fact, Mark would not accept payment until the job was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Motor City for all your chimney and roofing needs.

We had gutter and some brick repair done. The work was done timely and we were very satisfied. They even did extra work when they found another brick that needed repairing. I would definitely use this company again.

The work was preformed on time and completed as promised!!! The masonry work was excellent and match in color with rest of the house!! The roof repair completely stopped a really bad leak. The gutters were replaced. I am very happy with the service. I have recommended Motor City Home Improvement to a couple of people already. I call for any future repairs I may need.

Mark and his team did a great job replacing our gutters. I called Mark to get a quote on replacing my gutters. Mark was nearby so he came over right over after talking to him. The price was very fair . He told me on Friday that his crew would install the gutters on Wednesday of next week; however, he called me back on Saturday and said that he could fit me in on Monday. So on Monday we got professionally installed gutters, at a great price and before the next rain. I will be calling Mark for more home improvement projects. Thank you Mark.

Mark and his guys did a great job repairing my gutters. As a new home owner of a renovation project, Mark helped me to understand the work that needed to be done and made me feel very comfortable with him and his team. They were very quick to respond for a free quote request, met with our insurance adjustor onsite and fit our roof replacement into their busy schedule. Mark is a remarkable person with an excellent crew. I needed new gutters installed around my house and his crew came out on 6/12/21, Sean (Shawn) and the other crew members were on time and performed the installation in an excellent and proficient manner. On 10/19/21, I noticed that one of the kick-out spouts was detached and I suspected it was caused by a lawn mower. Mark sent Sean to replace it the NEXT day, free of charge. I am highly recommending Motor City Home Improvement!

Mark and his team installed some commercial gutters on my home last fall and am very happy with the result. Mark was responsive and his team was on time and finished the job in less than a day. The price was fair and he came back to fix a minor issue at no cost. I'd highly recommend Motor City for any home job you have.

Motor City Home Improvement was doing some work on a neighbors home and I asked them to see me when they were done. They quoted pricing for gutters on our garage and also for repairs to the chimney, which was in pretty bad shape. They came out on the hottest Tuesday I can remember and worked all day; Sean doing the gutters on the garage and Frank on the roof working on the chimney. I strongly recommend this company, the pricing was fair, the staff amazing and they clean up after themselves (a big plus for me). I will be calling them in the fall to sweep the chimney and clean out the ash pit.

He took care of every part of the roofing project very professional and reliable. Highly recommend them for all exterior work, they have done several jobs for my mothers home with extraordinary work.

Mark from Motor City Home Improvement was great to work with. Came out to give me a quote on rebuilding a brick chimney, gave me a great price. I went with Motor. Marks team came out and were great as well...chimney went up well, looks good, and they cleaned up after themselves. There was one small issue that I spoke with Mark and he took care of it.

Motor city home improvement did an excellent job. They came out and completed the work in one day. The price was excellent for the work performed. There were follow up calls to make sure that we were happy with the work once it was completed. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The owner was very informative about the type of gutters that would be needed for my steep roof. Shawn, the installer did an excellent job removing and replacing the gutters. The day after the gutters were replaced we had an extremely hard dowpouring of rain. I walked around the house checking all the gutters and no water was pouring over the gutters which was an excellent sign that they had been properly placed. The price given to me was a few hundred beyond what I had but the owner dropped the price to what I could afford. I highly recommend this company and I will be calling again to have them tuck point my bricks. Barbara

I'm very satisfied with my gutter repair. The price quoted was exactly what I paid. A very good price 👍🏽. Conversation over the phone was professional. It was so cool to watch them make the new gutter right from the truck. Lol I was wondering how they were going to replace my gutter that was longer than their truck. They were friendly and didn't mind me watching and asking questions. I would definitely recommend them and call them if I need any more repairs.
