This whole group is awesome! They responded to my request for a quote so fast, gave very reasonable estimates, and then the work itself exceeded expectation. Randall was an expert and explained everything to us so we understood what he was doing, and when I tell you the windows were sparkling? Overall we have been VERY pleased with the services provided and will definitely be contracting them in the future!

I have been using Windows Diverse Services for over 10 years to install my storm windows in Fall, and screens in Spring, and to clean the gutters. They are professional and do a great job. Friendly and keep in touch during the job. I recently had them replace 2 downspouts and they did perfect work!

Frederick and his team are absolutely wonderful! Scheduling is never an issue, costs are reasonable, and the work is always outstanding. I just hate that they're going to be super swamped now with all this great publicity. Truly are a wonderful crew.

Fantastic family owned business. It's nice they do both small residential and larger commercial jobs. They were communicative every step of the way and made sure the work was completed to the best of their ability. Even went as far as to get a paint sample so that when the frame was repainted it would match the other windows. We had a 80+ year leaded window that needed to be restored and they redid the whole thing and made it able to open and close again (which is impressive considering that this window probably was left unfunctional for decades).

I had them out again and, as with last time, they did an exceptional job! Evan was the technician and my windows are so clean you would think there wasn’t any windows up you can see perfectly! Not a smudge or mark on them! I highly recommend this company!!

I dealt with Randall and the company to come out and clean my interior and exterior windows and I can’t say enough positive things about the results! William and Kahmari did a fantastic job! My windows and screens are so shiny and sparkly that it looks like I don’t have any windows in my house because they’re so clean! If you need your windows cleaned, look no further! They are the best! Additionally, Randall is great at communicating with you and setting up the appointment in a very timely manner!

Great Experience! Fletcher & Sara ensured my windows were restored to my liking. They patiently answered all of my many questions. Love this company. They have fully restored 28 windows and a french door at my house (so far). Can't say enough about how pleasant they are to work with and how committed they are to doing the job to the best of their ability. And they do great work. My windows are 110 years old and had badly deteriorated from decades of neglect. They look stunning now. Restoration is difficult, slow work, and not many contractors want to do it the right way. Windows Diverse Services does it the right way. Highly recommend giving them a call if you're looking to have your wood windows fixed up and saved. Definitely talk to Fletcher if you're in a historic district and aren't sure what to do about your windows. Truly one of the best calls I ever made. And I won't hesitate to use them for gutters or cleaning if I have the need.

For the last couple of years I’ve had Windows Diverse Services clean out my gutters and wash the outside windows. They have always done a great job for a fair price. Evan and Will did a great job with the gutters this year, pointing out a couple potential issues.

When I say PHENOMENON SERVICE WITH A SMILE, that is what I received. I was very pleased with the restoration of the windows and the hardware came out stunning! Who would have known under all the layers of paint there was beautiful brass.

I would highly recommend them to anyone! I am overjoyed and I can’t wait to work on my next project with them!
