Good that so many of you experience excellence...my appt was at 12noon I received a call at 12:20 to inform me they would be 30min til an hour late...it's 3:31p n still no carpet cleaning and no answer when I call

Was the carpet dirty? Yes, hence the reason why I called a carpet cleaner. To clean the carpet. I feel like my money, could have went towards something else.
Not satisfied with the cleaning due to there not being any smell of deodorants/deodorizing agents in the air. It feels like the carpet just got wet and dirt was pushed from one side to the next. Both rooms smell even worse now than it did before it got so-called cleaned. Stick with the major companies.

They came to clean my headboard and footboard on the sideboards for my bed. I still see dark spots they damaged my wall and scratch my white walls cuz they lean the rails for the bed against the wall and have black scratch marks also watered streaks running down my white walls where they leaned the rails against so now I have water streaks going down my new white walls. My carpet is soaking wet wherever they cleaned my headboard footboard and rails my carpet is soaking wet I just spent over an hour soaking up the water with my vacuum in the carpet is still wet so much water came up and after an hour my carpet is still soaking wet. I gave them two stars because the pink chair that they clean did come out clean and looks great but the other damage that I have to fix was not worth that pink clean chair I'm so upset about my wall and my soaking wet carpet.

These guys were great! i recently got a puppy and potty training her has not been easy to say the least and with a bedroom full of carpet, it was a recipe for disaster. They were able to get the smell out and make my carpet look brand new! will definitely recommend 10/10!!!!

I had my area rug cleaned and their service was easy and of the highest quality. Plus their price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

They were prompt in setting my appointment, confirming before and on date of service. The cleaning was awesome!! Attention to corners, trim was great. Wanted to give 5 stars but took longer to dry than told. I understand now that having a dog, can be longer.

I've used AVS on several occasions. My God-Brother owns a restaurant with 3 floors. We contracted for a entire year before covid. I also own B.E. Disaster Inventory Specialist we specialize in fire, water damage, and storms. Owner and crew was on time and did a great job.

Despite their gleaming reviews, the one issue is the manager Tom there who is rude to my assistant trying to get a quote, as long as he is there we will never use their services and have told my 3 partners to stay away as well
