Called these people to reinstall an A/C unit
With a 125 service fee and the guy looked at it for about 10 mins and left and told me he would call or text me to find out a price for him to install never did (he told me around 600-1200 when we had there ) just to reconnect an A/C unit and top off 410A business kinds looked more like a scam when the next guy came right after them and reconnect and topped off and made it work perfectly within an hour and at a fraction of what they quoted me, not to mention you would think they would come in a van with tools and etc and not a personal vehicle. -

The tech did a good job explaining not just how terribly dirty my outdoor AC unit was but also some details on the inner workings that were getting close the the the end of their useful life. I always appreciate people when they enjoy what they do and take the time to explain it a little bit. My AC unit was disgusting too and he told me I’m due up for an new one soon but didn’t try to pressure me too much to do it quite yet.

Great experience from the get go. Office staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The technician (Ken) was able to come earlier than scheduled and got my heat back on, he was very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions to help me select a new furnace, The team were right on time for the installation and spent half a day getting it done. All these people are very professional, personable and knowledgeable; I highly recommend this company.
