Stay away bad service we just used them yesterday they mislead you by acting professional on the phone and send you text receipt they showed up with no equipment unprofessional and they don’t know what the doing one of the cleaner even told me sorry our boss just told us to go there and make the best out of it Stay Away !

Their mailbox is full so I can't get ahold of them to inform them their customers are calling me instead of their business because my number is being used for this business somewhere😭. Please fix this issue so the calls can stop, one JUST occurred a moment ago.

The team was very professional! They showed up early and cleaned my entire house from top to bottom! They even gave me pointers on how to maintain my appliances! 👍

I had an appointment scheduled for last Friday. No call no show! I sent an email no response and then I called with still no answer. I couldn’t even leave a voicemail. What’s the point of an email confirmation and text message but still no one shows up? That is not good customer service nor good business. SMH

I have an elderly loved one that had an accident in the bathroom. I called for an emergency appointment and the guys came right on time. They did an amazing job, they were quick and I couldn’t be happier. Very polite and very professional.

Excellent service at my home on the Detroit golf course. The hard woods throughout were deep cleaned—cleaner than when we moved in! And every bathroom and the kitchen was spotless as well. They moved furniture, vacuumed, dusted, scrubbed everything—not a surface clean but worth every penny. They worked as a team very efficiently and were friendly and professional and wanted me to walk through every room to make sure I was happy before they left.

The Deep Clean Kings is the best way to go for Carpet/ Upholstery cleaning! Their response has always been quick! They have come out for same day appointments! I have had my white rug cleaned a few times and it is always exceptionally clean! The cleaning fragrance is awesome and leaves a fresh scent in the home even days after! Very professional and reliable. Will continue to use them for all my services in the future!!

They fit me in SAME DAY on a FRIDAY NIGHT with little advance notice for my move in cleaning service. Very professional job and demeanor. Even moved the stove to clean the side and underneath it from the previous owners. Highly recommend. They charge by the hour but bring 2 people to work efficiently. Highly recommend these guys!

I am happy with the service I received from Deep Clean Kings. The owner/manager is responsive and punctual. I think the prices are fair, but I am not an expert in that respect. I recently purchased a new house that was very dirty from the previous owner. Deep Clean Kings sold me a "move-in" and "floors" package. The wood floors were way better after the machine cleaning, and the pet smell is mostly gone now. I did have a complaint about the quality of the cleaning in the bathrooms, but the manager came back the following Monday and made it right. I will be setting up monthly cleanings with them.

DISHONEST and NOT THOROUGH! Lacks integrity, professionalism, and does not do an honest job for the money and takes your money.

I just bought a new house and asked for a deep clean. The house is completely empty and in relatively clean condition to start. As you can see in the pictures, the manager first said $300 for 4 hours deep clean. We gave $50 down and then he asked for another $300, because it took about 4.5 hrs.
I did not keep track of time, I assumed the worker would finish the job in 4 hrs considering it was a COMPLETELY EMPTY house. He then charged ~$280 + $50 deposit which I agreed to since I didn't want to argue and would have respected an honest job.

After reviewing the work (images + many more things I didn't have the time to take pics of) it is clear the work was either lazy, not thorough, or rushed. This is surprising considering the house was COMPLETELY EMPTY and took a little over 4 hours to do. I don't understand how this is professional or honest.
I had to use MY OWN EQUIPMENT and clean up on my own to fix everything. I requested $100 back for the dishonest job and having to do my own cleaning despite hiring "professional cleaners" who are called "deep clean kings".

The owner PERSISTED ON NOT giving me any money back, and instead offered my a voucher. This is despite telling him multiple times I did not trust his services anymore and had to clean everything they missed myself. He did not listen to me explaining to him that it would take time out of my day and busy schedule with kids and work, to keep my doors open and allow them to do the job again that they should have done correctly the first time.
I even told him I didn't want any more money or less, just $100 for money they did not earn, but took dishonestly with an incomplete job, my waste of time, and resources.
HE DID NOT ANSWER.
