Contracted them privately to cut down a tree on my property. Fair price, quick work, and professional communication. Jacob is a nice guy. I would hire them again.

I had the pleasure of working with this company on a commercial project. There was exceptional communication, the work was performed timely and efficiently and the quality of the work was excellent. The workers were professional and clean. I would highly recommend them for any project whether it be residential or commercial.

Worst company you can have to do any work for you they were hired by DTE and did a terrible job on my backyard they were supposed to cut down the stumps to the ground left a mess when do anything about it I called DTE they're coming out cut down the stumps that they left please please don't have them do anything for you all they do is destroy destroy and lie to you

They did a wonderful job removing small trees under a powerline in my backyard. It's such a relief not worrying about the maintenance of it all now that they're gone, thank you!

Did some work for DTE in my back yard. Polite, efficient, had all the right equipment, knew what they were doing, cleaned up nicely. Good experience. Very different than some of the tree companies that work for DTE.

Gave me a week's notice, sent a rep to my door, left a flyer on my door knob with a phone number, the rep went with me into my back yard and explained everything.

Looks like they do residential work for home owners, I'll contact Urban Tree Trimming to work on my trees if I need anything.

Terrible company! Did work in our backyard hired by DTE. They put a hole in our shed, split a nearby tree in half, left water bottles all over our lawn where they were working and dumped debris and logs over our fence onto our neighbors lawn..damaging our fence. Didn't tell us about the hole in the shed and let us find the debris in our neighbors lawn. What a terrible lazy company. Please do not hire and I am disappoint in DTE in contracting them!

Just crossed paths with a driver who not only cut me off but then got mad at me for being in the left hand turn lane to turn into a parking lot before the intersection he was trying to turn at. Not my fault you are trying to enter the turn lane way before you should be.

Driver does not back up efficiently. Spent 25 minutes before 8a.m. waking up the whole neighborhood with beeping. Some people work 70+ hours a week and want to sleep in on the weekend.

This company was hired by consumers energy.. The workers left there trash in my yard from their lunches.. And water bottles full of urine..

This company did damage to our sidewalks by driving over them and of course they denied it! They are a DTE tree trimming contractor who thinks that they can be held harmless because of this. WRONG! We will see you in Small Claims Court!

Cut down the trees in the neighbors behind us and put all the cut trees from there yard left it in our yard . Problem was they never alerted us they were doing this . My lawn service couldn’t do our lawn that day . Next day cut down the trees in the back left them hanging never took branches down . Terrible service . Blocked our driveway twice now .

Do not let them on your property due to DTE! They are ruining neighborhoods in Macomb County. They do not care about the life of the tree, and hack whatever they off without a thought. They are not arborists, and they absolutely do not care about nature. I came home to half of half of my trees removed (not trimmed), and the other half cut down to sticks so they will die anyways then that will be my issue. I am beside myself.

They trimmed my neighbors tree by the powerline, and Cut my internet cable, my spouse and I both work from home, and I can’t get an xfinity tech for days, because this is s reoccuring problem in this area. So Im losing money and time, due to their carelessness.

During rush hour today driving from Corktown to Northville, this driver merged into the center lane at the same time I did. There was construction and I had to merge right and had my blinker on. Everyone was trying to get over and we were going relatively slow. As I slowly got into the center lane I noticed this driver was upset and he sped around me and then cut me off coming inches from hitting my front bumper. I thought for sure I was about to get into an accident. He could clearly see I was upset and started taunting me by making hand gestures at me. Could have been flipping me off but couldn’t tell. Judging from these other reviews it appears this is not the first time this has happened. So for this, I would never use this company. Hire better people maybe?

Their truck was speeding on the highway dropping stuff out the back and cracked my windshield. I contacted them
through their website and they never responded. Their lack of responsibility reflects poorly on their integrity

Absolute joke of a company. They will trespass past your locked gate without permission, to take care of their little DTE contracts. Left a huge mess in my yard and all across the neighborhood. Was told they'd be back to clean up, never saw them again. Unprofessional, rude, underpaid employees.
Had to clean up there mess by myself.

Do not let this company on your property! DTE had them come out to trim trees around the Power-lines but they left my yard looking like a tornado came through. They bent one of my trees, branches are sitting on my shed, water bottles and branches everywhere. Plus the branches are still sitting on the wires. This is by far the worst job I’ve ever seen. I told A worker you can not leave my yard in shambles but he refused to do anything and then left.

I had to take a moment for quick SHOUT - OUT and Commend their hard work, attention to detail, thoroughness and safety precautions taken high up in trees near wires.

The amount that was done in 2 days last week was nothing short of a Miracle. Seriously.

This was on an incredibly problematic & troublesome stretch of KRAMER in Saint Clair shores between Harper/Macl.

I won't go off on a tangent over how many times in the last few years.... Branches hitting wires, Transformers blowing, fires @ businesses.

Just know that it was minimum of 12 to 15 times in 3 years and last Spring, 4 consecutive Fridays. Often 2-3 daylong stretches. Unbelievable.

But with this last round of storms - last week.and today - work that was done was incredible. NoT not a FlIcKeR, the work was quick.

Clean- up was thorough (walking dogs, Seeing no shreds and branches) commend DTE for outsourcing this Herculean task to an excellent group. Seriously!!

I woke up to this company outside of the window of the property I am currently renting. The workers were being extremely loud and not courteous of who was home. I am 9 months pregnant and trying to get some rest in the morning- Not listen to trees shred less than 10 feet from my window, AND less than 3 feet from my BMW. Never once did this company ask to park so closely to the vehicle I own. Who in their right mind thinks it is okay to bring huge tree branches right next to someone’s nice car and scrape them along the sides? I have your workers on my ring cameras deliberately bringing large branches right across my passenger side panel after I asked them to please shred the trees away from my car (move their truck). They could have easily gone in the road, or not gone next to the vehicle I worked hard to pay for. They destroyed my property and left a huge 12 inch scrape alongside my vehicle. In the picture you can see they set their shredder up RIGHT next to my car. When I asked them to move, they sat outside my front door and laughed at me (two grown men). Absolutely ridiculous.I called the company to see if they will make it right- but this kind of treatment is inexcusable. I had to wiggle out of my own driveway and leave to avoid further destruction on my car, and did not return until I saw they left on my cameras!

DTE needs to fire this company, they came out to trim around the power lines in Harrison twp, They hacked my trees there supposed to chip up the branches, but they left all the branches in my backyard in a along the side of my house, It’s been over two weeks. They have not been out to remove the branches. I have pictures from my camera them leaning up against my Son’s Mustang and scratched it. They dropped branches on my shed and went through the roof of it. All they did was sit on my picnic table out in front for an hour then I have my camera messing around with my motorcycles. They damaged my fence in my My backyard if they do not pay for my fencing, then I will be taking them to court. These are worthless employees I ever seen careless. Don’t even care How they do their job and don’t care about other people’s property this is bullshit how they left my back yard

DTE used this company to trim trees in Macomb county. We came home yesterday to our two trees completely destroyed, one down to the trunk that wasn’t even touching the line. They left no leaves on the tree! Absolutely awful. The trees look so bad they will need to be removed at this point. Do not let them onto your property. They also left trash and branches everywhere. I’m so upset our two trees have been destroyed, it was completely unnecessary…none of the workers spoke english so good luck communicating with them if there is an issue. We were told by DTE to let the workers know if we wanted the trees removed instead, but they didn’t understand and refused. I can’t believe how unprofessionally the tree trimming was done when we weren’t even around to see them do the work. See below before and after pictures to see how terrible they are at their jobs.
