Technician was on time and explained everything that was being done or needs to be done to resolve my issues. He was friendly , knowledgeable and accommodating. I have confidence in using this company and tech in the future.

I have used the people at McWire Electric on three different occasions. They are professional, efficient. They are on time, they do what they have to do, they're clean and don't leave a mess, and they're out of your way, I love the service. I utilize them through the DTE Home Protection Plan, but their prices seem to be reasonable.

great experience with this company. lost power in my rental property I own leaving tenants without heat. after trying unsuccessfully to get several companies to come out they answered the phone and were able to come next day. then when I had to cancel last minute they were super understanding and had no problem re scheduling. showed up on time. Joshua was knowledgeable and explained everything to my satisfaction. work was good and prices were pretty reasonable. definitely will call them again if I have electrical issues

Service was great. Technician was on time and efficient. Figured out my issue and had power restored in less than an hour. I pray any time DTE send someone I get the same Service provider, McWire Electric was a positive experience.

Ben was the Electrician that came out today. Good customer service, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was doing what could be issues, and offered suggestions. Very satisfied with the outcome.

We got three quotes for a home EV charger and circuit panel upgrade. We went with McWire and I am so glad we did! Amazing service - timely, absolutely no weird claims about cost, (one of the quotes was almost THREE TIMES the McWire quote and they were doing the same work!), very polite and responsive, tidy, with lots of attention to detail. We will be calling them for any future work we need done.

I got refered to these guys by Detroit Appliance. They sent a electrician to my home. They diagnosed my issue effectively. The repair did not take long and the price they charged was fair. It's hard to find licensed professionals these days and these guys are it.

Really happy with the work they did in our home. We had a wish list of things to do in our home and, after coming out to assess, they provided us with a thorough, itemized estimate. We selected a subset of our original wish list and they sent us a revised estimate. The crew was respectful, asked questions during the job when appropriate, and appears to have done very careful work. We really appreciate your flexibility and willingness to provide us with options.

Thank you for great service with Markus. He was plight and very efficient and he quickly solved our problem we appreciate him being on time. And I will be calling for additional work at our home. We used DTE core protection plan. No cost for us at this time.

I thought I had some severe electrical problems because lights in my kitchen, hallway and garage were not working. DTE dispatched McWire electric as part of my home repair plan. The young man that McGuire sent was very professional and knowledgeable. Ben called ahead before arriving, identified himself at the door and entered with a very pleasant attitude. Ben was so thorough. He asked what problem I had been having. I explained it and he went to the circuit breaker box and diagnose the problem in about five minutes. The next thing I knew the lights were on. He bought the faulty part to me and explained how it worked and what was wrong with it. I asked him how long would it take apart and to get it repaired and he said that he had already done the work/repair. Such a knowledgeable, capable courteous young man. I would recommend McWire to my friends, and I would definitely use your service again.

The tech that came to fix my light fixtures was really efficient and friendly ! He was done in under 30 mins and he gave me new pull strings for my lights as well . Great company 😊

Highly recommended. This company works with the DTE home appliance coverage. I'd added the line protection plan recently, which covers outlets, among other things. I needed a GFCI outlet replaced.

The guy who came was very friendly and professional, aside from being very knowledgeable, he was fast and efficient. He completed the entire job, in less than half an hour.

They found the problem that the other company
couldn't find... I had partial power in my house and two electricians from the other company was sent out and they couldn't figure out why or where the shortage was coming from. McWire
Electric Co. Sent out the master electrician and he was like a dog looking for a bone ,he was determined to find it and he found it in a place that I wouldn't even expected to be.
