These guys are my go-to electricians. They provide great service at a reasonable price and are always professional. The owner is involved in every aspect of the business, leading them to consistently provide high quality service. Highly recommended.

I find $165 for under 20 min to be a tad bit over priced for a local resident who is not even 1 mile away from the business. That wasn't even the big issue - when we called on Wednesday 11/11/2020 spoke to a lady asked if they deal with home warranties, she wasn't real sure so she had to call us back. Was advised - yes we accept the warranty but we ask you to pay us and get reimbursed from them - yea sure no problem. Set the appointment for Thurs 11/12/2020 between 1-5. Called back the morning of at 8am and spoke to a different young lady, I wanted to ensure that when the tech arrives there will be no issue with the tech speaking to the home warranty rep. The process is the tech arrives we call warranty the tech speaks and gives a diagnosis and advises the rep what material and time is needed to fix the problem. I the home owner takes over the call and finishes the rest. She assured me this was NOT going to be an issue. Hahahaha joke on us - the first thing out of techs mouth was I dont talk to them. If it wasn't for no heat I would of told him to leave, thank God this was a DTE problem and not a problem for them to fix. The techs were very nice, not disrespectful it was clear they DONT deal with home warranties. Because this is not what I asked and was told I only give 2 stars. If an electrician is ever needed i will continue to shop around and pick another from Google. I will be thankful DTE had plenty of time to come and fix the issue from the pole.

Great customer service. Dave really took care of me. Made sure I was 1000% happy before he accepted any payment, which they had to come out for a couple adjustments but never had an ounce of problems with coleville. Highly recommend.

Had them replace my phone screen and fix my touch sensor over a month ago, got phone back and camera would not work. Less than 30 days later the touch stops working. The store is constantly not open at the hours posted on the doors. Countless times I was told when a part would come and that I would be called and then was not called for an entire week and when I go in or call to see if the part come in I'm told it's been there for days, same situation with when i can pick up my phone when they are done, will tell me yep they are working on it now will be done in an hour and a week later they are done and I had to call to find this out, they make no effort to keep you updated. Their phone screens are not good quality, I've had 2 replaced. The first one was returned to me with scratches and they do not test the phones after repaired. Both times I was given my phone completely dead so you have to charge it to see if anything is wrong and both times the camera was messed up (the screens that they use to replace come with a new camera part yet they never worked and created a new problem i didnt even have). First phone screen that was replaced had scratches in it and they would not fix my phone under warranty because it was scratched. Extremely frustrating. Paid $220 for the first screen I received scratched and my previously perfectly working camera broken and $300 for a more expensive screen that also broke in less than a week and camera still did not work. To pay for another screen and camera and likely for them to not have my camera fixed would be over the cost to buy my exact phone retail. Done with this place. Still waiting for a call for a part that was ordered and should've been delivered to the store 5 days ago.
