Family Owned and running for over 40 yrs. Very Friendly and certified with awards for their accomplishments through out the year's. Best one to get the job done right..😁

The actual cleaning staff cuts corners pretty consistently. Asked multiple times to get this corrected. If you want thorough cleaning find a different company.

Amazing customer service. Had my rugs cleaned from a basement flood. Great price, great service... def great people.

Great experience employees to clean your businesses I know because I am one of them guys 👍

Good cleaning crew did our carpets did excellent job. Will hire them again in the spring. 👍

Hello everyone I am a woman of color. I went in as a secret shopper and I ask for an application. First the woman I spoke with looked at me as if she wanted to ask what are you doing here. Then, she ask me what city I live in I told her Warren she said Okay. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed so I declined filling out the application.

Great job! Our office is well taken care of!!

Yes, they arrived today on time, did a fantastic job and was very helpful. I am very happy with them and would use them again.

What a great experience !! They sent us the most focused, hardworking guy, Emerson, who didn't waste a second doing his best to get our carpets as perfect as possible (I think) . McCoy Maintenance truly ROCKS!! I'd recommend them without a moment's hesitation!!

I recently had a carpet cleaning performed by Shaun M. from McCoy. I am very pleased with the service that was provided by this company. They are very professional and friendly, and also have the best prices around. My carpets are noticeably cleaner and I feel they are fresh and clean just in time for spring. The technician (Shaun M.) was very kind and professional, he did a thorough yet highly efficient job. It did not take long for him to complete the job, but again did very good work. Overall, I am highly satisfied by the great work McCoy has provided and will continue to use their cleaning services in the future!

Emerson from McCoy came and cleaned our carpeting. He was professional and friendly. Most importantly I can’t say enough about what an excellent job he did.
He was so thorough!
The carpet looks like new again!
I highly recommend McCoy for any carpet or upholstery cleaning you need to have done.
The best part is they are extremely affordable!

My employer (Induction Services, Inc., Warren, MI) has been using McCoy Maintenance for the cleaning services since April 2012. They are contracted to clean the offices, plant bathrooms and breakroom. The staff is friendly and each individual we have worked with has been very proactive on ensuring that we our happy and that our needs our met. If there is any kind of issue, the staff is also proactive on getting it resolved. I have had other companies wanting to quote us for business and I turn them away. I usually tell them "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

Keep up the Great Work McCoy! We are a very satisfied customer!

We just had our floors and carpets done over the holiday break. McCoy did a great job. They got stains out of our carpets and the floors and carpets look and smell clean. The guys even cleaned the corners of the floors. We will definitely use McCoy’s again for our clinic cleaning.
